【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,信息化進(jìn)程勢(shì)不可擋,成為工業(yè)革命以來促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力飛躍的又一次技術(shù)大革命。我國(guó)的工程施工行業(yè)正處在從傳統(tǒng)管理模式向高新管理模式發(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)型期,信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展為其注入了強(qiáng)大的活力,將其視為改革路橋工程施工管理,降低工程運(yùn)作成本,提高行業(yè)工作效率的主要突破口。但目前國(guó)內(nèi)信息化管理理念和手段相對(duì)落后,信息化系統(tǒng)的軟件開發(fā)、集成應(yīng)用仍處于初級(jí)階段,極大程度上阻礙了企業(yè)的現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程。 本文深入分析工程施工企業(yè)信息化管理應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀以及必要性,在對(duì)近四十家具有行業(yè)代表性的施工企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)工作進(jìn)行調(diào)研之后,有行業(yè)針對(duì)性的探尋適合工程施工企業(yè)的信息化管理模式。在此基礎(chǔ)之上,對(duì)工程施工企業(yè)的各系統(tǒng)信息化建設(shè)進(jìn)行深入研究,以財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)、項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)為重點(diǎn),分析企業(yè)需求,設(shè)計(jì)符合其行業(yè)特征的ERP系統(tǒng),并詳細(xì)梳理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)框架、運(yùn)行模式、管理方法,分析其成效,并針對(duì)管理中所體現(xiàn)出來的問題,提出了從宏觀上降低應(yīng)用成本、提升人員素養(yǎng)、加強(qiáng)軟件開發(fā)、引進(jìn)監(jiān)理機(jī)制、平衡先進(jìn)與適用、協(xié)調(diào)整體與局部,從技術(shù)上重視信息規(guī)劃、重視信息收集、重視信息流程的整改方案并對(duì)其進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述,最后指出信息化管理在路橋施工企業(yè)中應(yīng)該秉承的發(fā)展方向和趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern information technology, the process of information technology is unstoppable, and it has become another technological revolution to promote the leap of productivity since the industrial revolution.The construction industry of our country is in the transition period from the traditional management mode to the high-tech management mode. The development of information technology has injected a strong vitality into it, which is regarded as reforming the construction management of the road and bridge engineering and reducing the project operation cost.The main breakthrough to improve the efficiency of the industry.However, at present, the concept and means of information management in China are relatively backward. The software development and integrated application of information system are still in the primary stage, which greatly hinders the modernization process of enterprises.This paper deeply analyzes the present situation and necessity of the application of information management in engineering construction enterprises. After investigating the information construction work of nearly forty representative construction enterprises,The aim of the industry is to explore the information management mode suitable for the engineering construction enterprises.On this basis, the information construction of each system of the engineering construction enterprise is studied deeply, with the financial management system and the project management system as the emphasis, the demand of the enterprise is analyzed, and the ERP system which conforms to the characteristics of the industry is designed.And the system construction framework, operation mode, management methods, analysis of its effectiveness, and in view of the problems reflected in the management, proposed from the macro to reduce the cost of application, improve personnel literacy, strengthen software development,Introduce the supervision mechanism, balance the advanced and applicable, coordinate the whole and part, attach importance to the information planning, information collection, the rectification and reform of the information process, and elaborate on it in detail.Finally, the development direction and trend of information management in road and bridge construction enterprises should be pointed out.
