基礎與上部結構共同作用的研究

【摘要】:隨著社會經濟的發(fā)展,人們生活水平的不斷提高,越來愈多的高層建筑、超高層建筑在我國大地上興起。在目前的建筑結構設計中,常常把上部結構看成是柱底端與基礎脫開考慮的獨立結構,這種傳統(tǒng)的設計方法不考慮上部結構與基礎共同作用的影響,計算結果與實際有較大的出入,尤其是在高層建筑中,不合理的現象更加明顯。因為高層建筑的上部結構,同下部的基礎、甚至地基是一個有機整體,相互聯(lián)系、相互影響,因此,在建筑結構設計中,基礎和上部結構共同作用的影響是不容忽視的。 本文總結了國內外在上部結構與地基基礎共同作用分析方面的研究方法和成果,首先,論述了共同作用的作用機理,分析上部結構、基礎、地基的剛度形成及產生的影響,從理論上闡述了上部結構-基礎相互作用體系的計算分析模型與分析方法;然后以實際工程項目——臨海市江南里洋住宅區(qū)山水一品C區(qū)工程7#樓為研究對象,基于傳統(tǒng)結構計算軟件PKPM,用JCCAD計算模塊通過考慮上部結構剛度對基礎的影響達到位移協(xié)調共同作用的目的。本文研究內容及結論如下:(1)通過對考慮基礎—上部結構共同作用模型的分析,得出了樁底反力和基礎內力變化規(guī)律;(2)對考慮基礎和上部結構共同作用后的上部結構進行了動力特性分析,得出基礎—上部結構共同作用使得結構動力特性發(fā)生改變的一些規(guī)律,即自振周期延長,振型發(fā)生改變;在水平力作用下,結構側向位移加大,結構內力發(fā)生變化等。 因此,對于高層建筑,在概念設計和結構計算中如若考慮共同作用的影響,將使得結構設計更加安全、合理、經濟。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, people's living standards continue to improve, more and more high-rise buildings, high-rise buildings rise in our country. In the current building structure design, often the superstructure as a separate column bottom and from consideration, this kind of traditional design method does not consider the influence of the upper structure and foundation, the results were different from the actual, especially in high-rise buildings, the unreasonable phenomenon is more obvious. Because the upper structure of the high-rise building foundation, with the lower part of the foundation, and is an organic whole, mutual connection, mutual influence, therefore, in the design of the building structure, influence the interaction of foundation and upper structure can not be ignored.
This paper summarizes the interaction of superstructure and foundation at home and abroad research methods and achievements of the first, discusses the mechanism of interaction of superstructure, foundation, analysis, foundation stiffness and influence the formation of the upper structure and foundation interaction system analysis model and analysis method are described from in theory; then based on the actual project, the Jiangnan residential landscape in ocean engineering 7# C a district building as the research object, based on the traditional structure calculation software PKPM, calculation module by considering the superstructure stiffness effect on the basis of the interaction of displacement coordination to achieve by JCCAD. The contents and results of this paper are as follows: (1) through the analysis of the foundation structure interaction model, the counter force of the pile bottom and the rule of internal force variation; (2) to consider the base and the upper part of the structure of CO The upper structure with effect of dynamic characteristic analysis, draw some rules of interaction of superstructure, the dynamic characteristics of the structure changes, the natural period was prolonged and the mode change; under horizontal force, lateral displacement increase and the structure internal force change.
Therefore, for high-rise buildings, the impact of the common role in conceptual design and structural calculation will make the design more safe, reasonable and economical.
