【摘要】：當下我國建筑市場的發(fā)展速度吸引了越來越多的國外承包商加入,也得到政府對國內(nèi)建筑市場體系的重視與規(guī)范,導(dǎo)致我國建筑市場競爭愈來愈激烈,這就對我國本土的建筑企業(yè)核心競爭力,建筑工程質(zhì)量,建筑管理質(zhì)量提出了更大的挑戰(zhàn)。 本文從我國工程質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀分析入手,通過對制造業(yè)中實施六西格瑪管理經(jīng)驗以及我國現(xiàn)行的ISO9000質(zhì)量管理體系進行研究分析,得出在建筑企業(yè)實施ISO9000管理體系的基礎(chǔ)上,ISO9000標準與六西格瑪管理是可以整合的,二者整合實施的主要步驟是六西格瑪?shù)腄MAIC質(zhì)量管理步驟,同時提出將ISO9000標準融入六西格瑪管理培訓(xùn),通過六西格瑪培訓(xùn)推進二者整合以及持續(xù)改進,力求為建筑企業(yè)帶來產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量提高,質(zhì)量成本降低,顧客滿意度提高的經(jīng)營績效,同時實現(xiàn)六西格瑪企業(yè)文化,達到自發(fā)的卓越管理績效,從而從實質(zhì)上提高建筑企業(yè)的實力。
[Abstract]:The current pace of development of China's construction market has attracted more and more foreign contractors to join, also get attention and regulate the government system of the domestic construction market, leading to competition of construction market in China is more intense, the core competitiveness of construction enterprises in China mainland, construction engineering quality, presents a greater challenge in building the quality of management.
This paper starts from the present situation of quality management of our engineering analysis, based on the manufacturing industry in the implementation of Six Sigma management experience and the current ISO9000 quality management system of research and analysis, the basis for the implementation of ISO9000 management system in construction enterprises, ISO9000 standards and the Six Sigma management can be integrated, integration of the two main steps of implementation the DMAIC steps of Six Sigma quality management, and puts forward the ISO9000 standard into six sigma training through six sigma training to promote the two integration and continuous improvement, and strive to bring products to improve the quality of construction enterprises to reduce cost, quality, customer satisfaction to improve business performance, while achieving Six Sigma enterprise culture, achieve performance excellence management spontaneous, so as to improve the construction enterprise's strength in essence.
