隔板貫通式全螺栓節(jié)點(diǎn)抗連續(xù)性倒塌性能數(shù)值模擬分析

【摘要】:對(duì)不同構(gòu)造的矩形鋼管柱-H形鋼梁隔板貫通式全螺栓連接節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬分析,考察窄蓋板、較寬梯形蓋板及較寬梯形蓋板、梁下翼緣局部增大三種連接節(jié)點(diǎn)在連續(xù)性倒塌工況下的受力機(jī)理及破壞模式。結(jié)果表明,通過(guò)增大蓋板尺寸,使初始斷裂破壞位置外移至彎矩較小的外排螺栓處,可提高節(jié)點(diǎn)的承載能力。同時(shí)增大連接區(qū)域梁下翼緣寬度、蓋板寬度,可使梁下翼緣連接處螺栓孔優(yōu)先發(fā)生孔壁承壓型破壞,延緩板件開(kāi)裂,利于懸鏈線作用發(fā)展,大幅提高節(jié)點(diǎn)的承載能力。
[Abstract]:Through type joint numerical simulation analysis of the bolt connection of different structure of rectangular steel tube column -H beam plate, narrow inspection cover, wide flat and wide trapezoidal trapezoidal plate, lower flange partial increase of three kinds of connections in progressive collapse under the condition of stress mechanism and failure modes. The results show that with the increase of the cover plate size, the initial fracture position to move to the smaller moment of the outer row of bolts, can improve the bearing capacity of joints. While increasing the connection area of the beam bottom flange width, the width of the cover plate, the lower flange connecting bolt Kong You first occurrence of hole wall pressure type damage, delay plate cracking, conducive to the development of catenary action.
