【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)化和城市化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn),人們消費(fèi)水平的不斷提高以及消費(fèi)觀念改變的同時(shí),商業(yè)建筑的模式也悄然發(fā)生著具有特色的時(shí)代變革。以開放、半開放的建筑形式出現(xiàn)的商業(yè)街區(qū)逐漸進(jìn)入了國內(nèi)的商業(yè)市場,成為具有活力的城市公共空間。 本論文將開放式商業(yè)街區(qū)作為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)空間句法相關(guān)理論量化研究其空間構(gòu)形。一方面基于空間句法相關(guān)理論構(gòu)建針對(duì)商業(yè)街區(qū)空間構(gòu)形量化分析思路,加深對(duì)商業(yè)街區(qū)空間系統(tǒng)形態(tài)及結(jié)構(gòu)特征的客觀、理性認(rèn)知；另一方面,將商業(yè)街區(qū)空間構(gòu)形量化分析思路及方法應(yīng)用于商業(yè)街區(qū)方案設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐中,以輔助建筑師在商業(yè)街區(qū)方案設(shè)計(jì)中進(jìn)行更客觀、更精準(zhǔn)的設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)判與設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)作。 本文研究的核心內(nèi)容及結(jié)論主要包含以下幾個(gè)方面： 其一,通過對(duì)空間句法相關(guān)理論及相關(guān)概念的系統(tǒng)梳理,突出空間句法在量化分析空間的科學(xué)性和可行性,加深對(duì)空間句法相關(guān)理論系統(tǒng)性的理解。 其二,基于對(duì)空間句法的理解和研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合商業(yè)街區(qū)空間自身特征,構(gòu)建針對(duì)商業(yè)街區(qū)的空間構(gòu)形量化分析思路及方法。 其三,根據(jù)構(gòu)建的商業(yè)街區(qū)空間構(gòu)形量化分析思路及方法,選取成功的商業(yè)街區(qū)實(shí)例進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,證實(shí)其空間構(gòu)形分析思路及方法的可行性及實(shí)用性。 其四,結(jié)合筆者參與的眉山市蘇洵公園商業(yè)街區(qū)項(xiàng)目的方案設(shè)計(jì),探索空間構(gòu)形分析在商業(yè)街區(qū)方案設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用層而上的相關(guān)問題,將空間構(gòu)形量化分析思路及方法系統(tǒng)地應(yīng)用于商業(yè)街區(qū)方案設(shè)計(jì)過程中的每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),旨在輔助建筑師在商業(yè)街區(qū)方案設(shè)計(jì)過程中做出更理性、更精準(zhǔn)的設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)判與設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)作。
[Abstract]:With the advancement of global economy and urbanization, people's consumption level is improving and consumption concept is changing. At the same time, the mode of commercial building is also quietly changing with characteristics of the times.Commercial blocks, which appear in the form of open and semi-open buildings, have gradually entered the domestic commercial market and become dynamic urban public space.In this paper, the open commercial block is taken as the research object, and its spatial configuration is quantitatively studied according to the spatial syntactic correlation theory.On the one hand, based on the spatial syntactic correlation theory, the paper constructs a quantitative analysis method for the space configuration of commercial blocks to deepen the objective and rational cognition of the shape and structure characteristics of the space system of commercial blocks; on the other hand,The idea and method of quantitative analysis of space configuration of commercial blocks are applied to the design practice of commercial blocks in order to assist architects to make more objective and accurate design evaluation and design creation in the design of commercial blocks.The core contents and conclusions of this paper mainly include the following aspects:Firstly, by systematically combing the related theories and related concepts of spatial syntax, the scientific and feasibility of spatial syntactic analysis in quantitative analysis is highlighted, and the systematic understanding of spatial syntactic correlation theory is deepened.Secondly, based on the understanding and research of spatial syntax and combining with the space characteristics of commercial blocks, the paper constructs a quantitative analysis method of space configuration for commercial blocks.Thirdly, according to the ideas and methods of quantitative analysis of space configuration of commercial blocks, the successful commercial blocks are selected for empirical analysis, which proves the feasibility and practicability of the ideas and methods of spatial configuration analysis.Fourthly, combined with the project design of SuXun Park Commercial District Project in Meishan City, this paper explores the related problems of spatial configuration analysis in the application layer of the commercial district scheme design.The idea and method of quantitative analysis of spatial configuration are systematically applied to every link in the design process of commercial block scheme, in order to assist architects to make more rational and accurate design evaluation and design creation in the process of commercial district scheme design.
