某高層建筑隔震設(shè)計(jì)方案比選及參數(shù)分析

【摘要】:地震是不可避免的重大自然災(zāi)害,它會(huì)造成重大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和大量的人員傷亡,而我國(guó)是世界兩大地震帶交匯區(qū),地震頻發(fā)。地震之所以造成那么大危害,很大程度上是因?yàn)榻ㄖ蜆?gòu)筑物的抗震不良,因此提高建筑的抗震性能是勢(shì)在必行的,而隔震是行之有效的抗震手段。近年來(lái),由于用地緊張、人口集中的原因,高層建筑在我國(guó)迅速興起,它遭受地震作用破壞和倒塌的后果就更加嚴(yán)重,所以高層建筑隔震技術(shù)的發(fā)展就更為迫切。本文主要針對(duì)高層建筑隔震設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中如何取得最優(yōu)隔震設(shè)計(jì)效果的問(wèn)題開(kāi)展研究,是基于已有的隔震設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范,在參考國(guó)內(nèi)外已有的相關(guān)研究?jī)?nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上加以深入研究。 本文根據(jù)擬建實(shí)際工程,由已定的隔震設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),進(jìn)行方案設(shè)計(jì)比選和參數(shù)分析。首先根據(jù)面壓值、屈重比及偏心率等進(jìn)行隔震支座的布置及選型,,進(jìn)行單純隔震方案的設(shè)計(jì)比選。然后在布置隔震支座的基礎(chǔ)上通過(guò)增刪剪力墻,查看隔震效果。最后采用隔震和阻尼器聯(lián)合應(yīng)用的方案,對(duì)比其隔震效果,并對(duì)阻尼器的阻尼指數(shù)、阻尼系數(shù)等進(jìn)行分析,選出最佳參數(shù),進(jìn)而得出最佳隔震方案。 以最佳隔震方案為基礎(chǔ),探討剛性樓板假定和彈性樓板假定情況對(duì)高層隔震建筑的不同影響,對(duì)兩種假定下有限元模型的計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。 以最佳隔震方案為基礎(chǔ),在PKPM模型的基礎(chǔ)上,把三維模型簡(jiǎn)化為只有橫向剛度的彈簧桿和質(zhì)點(diǎn)串的力學(xué)分析模型即剪切模型,并針對(duì)層間位移角、減震系數(shù)、隔震層位移等參數(shù),分析對(duì)比剪切模型和三維模型之間的差別,驗(yàn)證采用簡(jiǎn)化模型的可行性。
[Abstract]:Earthquake is an inevitable major natural disaster, it will cause great economic losses and a large number of casualties, and China is the intersection of the two major seismic zones in the world, earthquakes occur frequently.The reason why the earthquake causes so much harm is largely due to the poor earthquake resistance of buildings and structures, so it is imperative to improve the seismic performance of buildings, and isolation is an effective means of earthquake resistance.In recent years, because of the shortage of land and the concentration of population, high-rise buildings are rising rapidly in our country, and the earthquake damage and collapse are more serious, so the development of isolation technology for high-rise buildings is more urgent.This paper mainly focuses on how to obtain the optimal isolation design effect in the process of isolation design for high-rise buildings. It is based on the existing isolation design specifications and based on the reference to the relevant research content at home and abroad.In this paper, according to the actual project to be built, the scheme design comparison and parameter analysis are carried out according to the established seismic isolation design target.Firstly, according to the value of surface pressure, the ratio of yield to weight and eccentricity, the isolation support is arranged and selected, and the design of isolation scheme is compared.Then on the basis of the layout of the isolation support through adding and deleting shear walls to see the isolation effect.Finally, the isolation effect is compared by using the method of the combination of isolation and damper. The damping index and damping coefficient of the damper are analyzed, and the optimum parameters are selected, and the optimum isolation scheme is obtained.Based on the optimal isolation scheme, the different effects of rigid and elastic floor assumptions on high-rise isolated buildings are discussed, and the results of finite element models under the two assumptions are compared and analyzed.Based on the optimal isolation scheme and the PKPM model, the three-dimensional model is simplified as the shear model of spring rod and mass string with only transverse stiffness.The difference between shear model and 3D model is analyzed and compared, and the feasibility of simplified model is verified.
