裝載機(jī)混合動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:工程機(jī)械由于其獨(dú)具特色的作業(yè)特點(diǎn)以及特別的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合,導(dǎo)致其普遍存在高油耗高污染的弊病。隨著全球能源需求與資源匱乏之間的矛盾加劇,使工程機(jī)械的使用成本逐漸升高,裝載機(jī)作為工程機(jī)械中應(yīng)用最廣泛的機(jī)種,對(duì)其進(jìn)行的研究非常具有代表性。本論文基于現(xiàn)代裝載機(jī)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行更深入的混合動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)研究,將能夠促進(jìn)裝載機(jī)混合動(dòng)力技術(shù)的應(yīng)用水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)裝載機(jī)的節(jié)能降耗。 論文以ZL50裝載機(jī)作為研究對(duì)象,首先對(duì)混合動(dòng)力工程機(jī)械的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,在研究了裝載機(jī)典型作業(yè)循環(huán)以及作業(yè)負(fù)荷特性的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)裝載機(jī)混合動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)以及參數(shù)匹配,所研究的裝載機(jī)混合動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)主要由發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、發(fā)電/電動(dòng)機(jī)以及儲(chǔ)能元件等部件組成,通過(guò)分析各主要部件的工作特性,獲得相應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,在軟件Matlab/simulink中建立系統(tǒng)仿真模型,并對(duì)混合動(dòng)力裝載機(jī)與傳統(tǒng)裝載機(jī)動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)的仿真模型施加載荷進(jìn)行仿真分析,得到混合動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)矩、轉(zhuǎn)速以及耗油量變化曲線。將混合動(dòng)力裝載機(jī)與傳統(tǒng)裝載機(jī)仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,可知在動(dòng)態(tài)負(fù)載條件下,混合動(dòng)力裝載機(jī)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)矩、轉(zhuǎn)速波動(dòng)幅度較小,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行十分平穩(wěn),負(fù)載適應(yīng)性明顯增強(qiáng)。同時(shí),混合動(dòng)力裝載機(jī)耗油量明顯低于傳統(tǒng)裝載機(jī),,實(shí)現(xiàn)了裝載機(jī)節(jié)能的目的。
[Abstract]:Because of its unique operation characteristics and special applications, construction machinery has the disadvantages of high oil consumption and high pollution.As the contradiction between the global energy demand and the scarcity of resources intensifies, the cost of construction machinery is rising gradually. As the most widely used machine in construction machinery, the research on it is very representative.Based on the platform of modern loaders, this paper makes more in-depth research on hybrid power systems, which will promote the application level of hybrid power technology of loaders and realize the energy saving and consumption reduction of loaders.In this paper, ZL50 loader is taken as the research object. Firstly, the research status of hybrid engineering machinery is analyzed, and the typical working cycle and the working load characteristics of loader are studied.The hybrid power system of loader is designed and its parameters are matched. The hybrid power system of loader is mainly composed of engine, power generation / motor and energy storage components. The working characteristics of the main components are analyzed.The corresponding mathematical model is obtained, and the system simulation model is established in the software Matlab/simulink. The torque of the hybrid power system engine is obtained by applying the load to the simulation model of the hybrid loader and the traditional loader power system.Speed and fuel consumption change curve.The simulation results of hybrid loader and traditional loader are compared and analyzed. It is known that under dynamic load conditions, the torque and speed fluctuation of hybrid loader engine is small, and the engine is running smoothly.The load adaptability is obviously enhanced.At the same time, the fuel consumption of hybrid loader is obviously lower than that of traditional loader.
