【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步人口的老齡化是必然的結(jié)果，如今老年人的養(yǎng)老觀念發(fā)生改變,越來(lái)越多的老年人選擇到老年公寓來(lái)養(yǎng)老。我國(guó)的老齡化進(jìn)程加快，但老年公寓空間景觀的設(shè)計(jì)還存在著很多問(wèn)題，對(duì)老年人的特征與需求研究的不夠透徹設(shè)計(jì)不夠人性化。迫切需要針對(duì)老年公寓空間景觀人性化設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行研究與應(yīng)用，完善的老年公寓空間景觀設(shè)計(jì)體系保障老年人舒適的享受晚年生活。 本文首先對(duì)老齡化和老年公寓進(jìn)行分析、研究；其次，從老年人特征與需求方面入手，以人性化和無(wú)障礙設(shè)計(jì)理論為依據(jù)對(duì)老年公寓空間景觀進(jìn)行分析,；再次，總結(jié)老年公寓空間景觀人性化設(shè)計(jì)的原則與目標(biāo)，，歸納老年公寓空間景觀需要重點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容；最后以畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)為例,對(duì)研究成果進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the aging of the population is the inevitable result. Nowadays, the concept of the aged has changed, and more and more elderly people choose to go to the apartment for the aged.The aging process of our country is accelerated, but there are still many problems in the design of the space landscape of the apartment for the elderly, and the research on the characteristics and needs of the elderly is not sufficiently thorough and humanized.There is an urgent need for the research and application of the humanized design of the space landscape of the apartment for the elderly, and the perfect space landscape design system of the apartment for the aged ensures the comfortable enjoyment of the old people's life in their old age.In this paper, the aging and the elderly apartment analysis, research; secondly, from the characteristics and needs of the elderly, based on the theory of humanization and accessibility design for the elderly apartment space landscape analysis; third,This paper summarizes the principles and objectives of the humanized design of the space landscape of the elderly apartment, and concludes the contents of the key design of the space landscape of the apartment for the elderly. Finally, taking graduation design as an example, the design practice of the research results is carried out.
