水泥混凝土宏觀性能與孔結(jié)構(gòu)量化關(guān)系模型

【摘要】:為建立水泥混凝土宏觀與微觀性能之間的量化關(guān)系,以交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施經(jīng)常承受的干濕循環(huán)、氯鹽侵蝕、碳化和凍融循環(huán)4種劣化因素為對象,設(shè)計(jì)了模擬自然環(huán)境的多種劣化因素綜合作用的水泥混凝土室內(nèi)耐久性試驗(yàn)方法。分別測試混凝土的宏觀和微觀性能,提出相對變化率概念,并給出相對變化率指標(biāo)的計(jì)算方法。運(yùn)用層次分析法、歸一化方法以及灰色關(guān)聯(lián)理論,計(jì)算宏微觀性能關(guān)聯(lián)度及孔結(jié)構(gòu)對宏觀性能的影響權(quán)重。最終建立了微觀孔結(jié)構(gòu)特征變化與宏觀性能變化之間的量化關(guān)系模型。通過測試混凝土微觀孔結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)變化,運(yùn)用該模型,可以推算出混凝土宏觀性能的劣化程度。
[Abstract]:In order to establish the quantitative relationship between macroscopic and microscopic properties of cement concrete, four degradation factors, such as dry-wet cycle, chloride erosion, carbonization and freeze-thaw cycle, which are often suffered by traffic infrastructure, are taken as objects.The indoor durability test method of cement concrete is designed, which simulates various deterioration factors of natural environment.The macro and micro properties of concrete were tested, the concept of relative rate of change was put forward, and the calculation method of relative rate of change index was given.By using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the normalization method and the grey correlation theory, the relation degree of macro and micro performance and the weight of the influence of pore structure on macro performance are calculated.Finally, the quantitative relationship model between the change of micropore structure and the change of macroscopic performance is established.The deterioration degree of concrete macroscopical properties can be calculated by measuring the change of microstructure parameters of concrete and using the model.
