【摘要】：對既有結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性評定的基本問題和策略進(jìn)行探討。從我國結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基本要求出發(fā),提出了既有結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性評定的基本原則,分析了既有結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性評定應(yīng)解決的幾個突出問題。為解決這些問題,提出安全水準(zhǔn)多元化、使用年限目標(biāo)化、管理措施具體化、檢測評定精細(xì)化、抗震鑒定性能化等五個方面的策略。
[Abstract]:The basic problems and strategies of reliability evaluation of existing structures are discussed.Based on the basic requirements of the unified standard for structural design in China, this paper puts forward the basic principles of reliability assessment of existing structures, and analyses several outstanding problems that should be solved in reliability assessment of existing structures.In order to solve these problems, five strategies are put forward, such as the diversification of safety level, the targeting of service life, the concretization of management measures, the refinement of inspection and evaluation, and the performance of seismic evaluation.
