【摘要】:隨著業(yè)主對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目規(guī)模和質(zhì)量的要求不斷上升,對(duì)施工工期的要求也越來(lái)越嚴(yán)格,建設(shè)工程的進(jìn)度控制工作已然成為項(xiàng)目管理工作中的關(guān)鍵一環(huán),對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目能否順利建設(shè)起著決定性的作用,同時(shí)也關(guān)系到建設(shè)單位的利益與名譽(yù)。有效的控制項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度對(duì)于提高工程項(xiàng)目管理水平、節(jié)省工程項(xiàng)目的成本以及縮短項(xiàng)目工期具有積極的促進(jìn)作用。運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的方法對(duì)施工單位的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和項(xiàng)目的成控制有著顯著的影響。本文在綜述項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的相關(guān)研究概況的基礎(chǔ)上,敘述了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的基本概念,介紹了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制、優(yōu)化及控制的相關(guān)理論與方法?紤]沈陽(yáng)電信濕膜新風(fēng)空調(diào)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際的施工情況,在項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制原則的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的理論方面和具體施工狀況進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)行了項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制工作,然后對(duì)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行控制,結(jié)合工程項(xiàng)目的實(shí)踐,分析和研究項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度控制的方法和效果,優(yōu)化項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,完成了沈陽(yáng)電信濕膜新風(fēng)空調(diào)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制的工作,最后對(duì)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行采取保障措施,保證項(xiàng)目施工過(guò)程能夠安全快捷的完成施工,對(duì)該工程的項(xiàng)目控制的理論體系,能夠優(yōu)化項(xiàng)目的施工建設(shè)進(jìn)度及質(zhì)量。本文在工程項(xiàng)目中應(yīng)用了網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃圖,并且使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃中的甘特圖法對(duì)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行編制,可以很好的處理項(xiàng)目的各個(gè)工程進(jìn)度安排任務(wù)和縮短工期的作用,對(duì)于沈陽(yáng)電信濕膜新風(fēng)空調(diào)項(xiàng)目的順利完成有理論和實(shí)踐的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demands of the owner on the scale and quality of the construction project and the more stringent requirements for the construction period, the progress control of the construction project has become a key part of the project management. It plays a decisive role in the smooth construction of the project, and also relates to the interests and reputation of the construction unit. Effectively controlling the progress of the project can improve the management level of the project. Saving the cost of the project and shortening the duration of the project have a positive promoting effect. The application of the method of project schedule control has a significant impact on the economic benefits of the construction unit and the control of the project. This paper summarizes the project. Based on the general situation of research on schedule management, This paper describes the basic concept of project schedule management, introduces the relevant theories and methods for the preparation, optimization and control of the project schedule, and considers the actual construction situation of Shenyang Telecom wet film fresh air conditioning project. On the basis of the principle of project schedule preparation, this paper analyzes the theoretical aspects and concrete construction conditions of the project, and makes the preparation of the project schedule, and then controls the progress plan of the project. Based on the practice of the project, this paper analyzes and studies the method and effect of the progress control of the project, optimizes the progress plan of the project, and completes the work of drawing up the progress plan of the wet membrane fresh air conditioning project of Shenyang Telecom. Finally, the implementation of the progress plan of the project to take measures to ensure that the project construction process can be completed safely and quickly, the project control of the theoretical system of the project, Can optimize the construction progress and quality of the project. This paper applies the network schedule diagram in the project, and uses the Gantt diagram in the network progress plan to compile the progress plan of the project. It can deal with the project schedule and shorten the duration of the project, which has theoretical and practical significance for the successful completion of Shenyang Telecom wet membrane fresh air conditioning project.
