【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國城市城市規(guī)模進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大,城市面貌日新月異,城市建設(shè)取得了顯著性的成果。但在城市大規(guī)模建設(shè),取得顯著成績的同時,由于缺乏正確的規(guī)劃指引和嚴(yán)格的建設(shè)控制,城市中大拆大建現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,導(dǎo)致城市整體面貌遭到不可恢復(fù)性的毀滅,取而代之的是千篇一律、毫無特色的新城。尤其是當(dāng)前,城市建設(shè)中雷同現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,城市特色盡失。我國曾具有上千年的城市色彩使用歷史,但一直未受到重視,至今都尚未形成成熟的城市色彩理論,這就導(dǎo)致一些城市設(shè)計者缺乏城市色彩的觀念和意識,甚至在城市建設(shè)中過多的模仿和搬運其他城市已有的建筑風(fēng)格,造成建筑樣式千篇一律,城市色彩雜亂不堪,城市特色盡失。隨著人們審美意識的提高和國際化的接軌,人們開始反思城市建設(shè)中出現(xiàn)的一系列問題,其中城市色彩設(shè)計漸漸受到大家的關(guān)注。如何打破現(xiàn)有城市色彩臟、亂、差的僵局,并統(tǒng)一好管理部門、開發(fā)商以及城市居民的色彩審美意識,實現(xiàn)色彩設(shè)計、實施與控制一體的和諧美麗城市建設(shè),成為當(dāng)前城市色彩設(shè)計的重要解決問題。也正是在這種背景下,本文開展了對城市色彩設(shè)計研究和管理的探討。本文共分為六大部分：第一部分為緒論,在我國當(dāng)前城市色彩建設(shè)的背景下,通過對現(xiàn)有城市色彩建設(shè)問題的分析,探討城市色彩規(guī)劃的意義,并對城市色彩規(guī)劃相關(guān)的概念進(jìn)行了梳理,增加對濰坊市濱海新區(qū)城市色彩設(shè)計理論支持;第二部分為國內(nèi)外色彩研究的發(fā)展歷程和相關(guān)研究綜述,通過對國內(nèi)外發(fā)展歷程的剖析和研究內(nèi)容綜述的探討歸納,進(jìn)一步闡釋了城市色彩規(guī)劃的意義和重要性；第三部分通過對城市規(guī)劃內(nèi)容的建構(gòu),詳細(xì)介紹了色彩規(guī)劃的調(diào)查、分析以及取色,并闡述了城市色彩規(guī)劃的原則及規(guī)劃方法；第四部分介紹城市色彩設(shè)計的實施與管理細(xì)則；第五部分為實踐探討部分,通過講述濰坊濱海新城城市色彩設(shè)計實踐的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,深化理論研究；第六部分為研究和展望,講述本文觀點的時代限制和研究特色。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the city scale of our country has further expanded, the city appearance is changing with each passing day, the city construction has made remarkable achievements, but in the city large-scale construction, has obtained the remarkable achievement at the same time, Due to the lack of correct planning guidelines and strict construction control, the phenomenon of large scale demolition and construction in cities is serious, resulting in the irrecoverable destruction of the overall appearance of the city, which is replaced by a new city with no distinctive features. The phenomenon of similarity in urban construction is serious, and the characteristics of cities are all lost. Our country has a history of using urban color for thousands of years, but it has not been paid attention to, and has not yet formed a mature theory of urban color. This has led some city designers to lack the idea and consciousness of city color, and even to imitate and carry the existing architectural styles of other cities too much in urban construction, resulting in uniform architectural styles and chaotic city colors. With the improvement of people's aesthetic consciousness and internationalization, people begin to reflect on a series of problems in urban construction. Chaos, poor deadlock, and good management departments, developers and urban residents of the color aesthetic awareness, color design, implementation and control of a harmonious and beautiful city construction, It is under this background that this paper has carried out the research and management of urban color design. This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction. Under the background of the current urban color construction in China, the significance of urban color planning is discussed through the analysis of the existing problems of urban color construction, and the related concepts of urban color planning are combed out. The second part is the development of domestic and foreign color research and related research review, through the analysis of the development of domestic and foreign development process and research content summary, The third part, through the construction of urban planning content, introduces the investigation, analysis and color selection of color planning in detail, and expounds the principles and planning methods of urban color planning. The fourth part introduces the implementation and management rules of urban color design; the fifth part is the practical discussion part, through the related content of Weifang Binhai New City color design practice, deepen the theoretical research; the sixth part is the research and prospect, Narrates the time limit and the research characteristic of this article viewpoint.
