【摘要】：在室內(nèi)自然環(huán)境下對3個(gè)混凝土圓柱體進(jìn)行長期收縮變形試驗(yàn)研究,并采用最小二乘法對試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行非線性擬合分析,研究鋼管混凝土收縮機(jī)理。在鋼管混凝土收縮機(jī)理研究基礎(chǔ)上提出鋼管膨脹混凝土收縮應(yīng)變計(jì)算模型。研究結(jié)果表明:摻合膨脹劑對素混凝土初期(1 0 0 d內(nèi))收縮應(yīng)變抑制較大,對后期收縮應(yīng)變影響較小;對鋼管混凝土收縮應(yīng)變初期(3 0 0 d內(nèi))影響較大,初期收縮應(yīng)變幾乎不變;鋼管混凝土收縮應(yīng)變主要是核心混凝土自發(fā)收縮產(chǎn)生的,自發(fā)收縮應(yīng)變約為1×1 0-4;計(jì)算模型考慮了膨脹劑含量、混凝土強(qiáng)度等級、水泥品種和養(yǎng)護(hù)方法對核心混凝土收縮影響,該計(jì)算模型可預(yù)估鋼管膨脹混凝土收縮變形規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the long-term shrinkage and deformation of three concrete cylinders are studied in the indoor natural environment, and the nonlinear fitting analysis of the test data is carried out by using the least square method. The shrinkage mechanism of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) is studied. Based on the research of shrinkage mechanism of CFST, a model for calculating shrinkage strain of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) is proposed. The shrinkage strain is restrained greatly. The shrinkage strain of concrete filled steel tube is mainly produced by the spontaneous shrinkage of the core concrete, and the initial shrinkage strain is almost invariable, and the effect on the shrinkage strain of the concrete filled steel tube is less than that of the concrete filled steel tube in the early period of 300 days, and the initial shrinkage strain is almost unchanged. The strain of spontaneous shrinkage is about 1 脳 10 ~ 4. The influence of the content of expansive agent, the grade of concrete strength, the variety of cement and the curing method on the shrinkage of the core concrete is considered in the calculation model, which can be used to predict the shrinkage and deformation law of expansive concrete filled steel tube.
