【摘要】：工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)是見證城市工業(yè)文明和社會發(fā)展的活化石。關(guān)于工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)與利用研究已在世界范圍內(nèi)廣泛展開。我國的一些大城市和典型工業(yè)城市也已相繼開展了相關(guān)的保護(hù)與利用工作。作為安徽省的省會，區(qū)域中心城市的合肥，在城市的快速化發(fā)展進(jìn)程中，隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整也同樣出現(xiàn)了老工業(yè)企業(yè)搬遷和工業(yè)遺跡產(chǎn)生的問題。如何處理這些工業(yè)遺跡與城市發(fā)展的關(guān)系，成為合肥市面臨的難題和緊迫性命題。而目前針對合肥市工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)梳理研究的成果尚屬空白。在這樣的背景下，通過借鑒國內(nèi)外工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與利用的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，合理有效的保護(hù)這些工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)，對繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)城市精神和城市文脈，有著重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文從國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論和實(shí)踐對比研究入手，對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與再利用的思想認(rèn)識、政策法規(guī)、保護(hù)方式等進(jìn)行了比較分析，同時(shí)總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與利用的實(shí)踐成果，，并重點(diǎn)對工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的價(jià)值和再利用模式進(jìn)行了探討。接著對合肥城市發(fā)展與工業(yè)布局演變的背景進(jìn)行梳理，著眼于發(fā)掘合肥市區(qū)內(nèi)現(xiàn)存工業(yè)遺跡的價(jià)值內(nèi)涵，并從多方面分析了合肥市工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與利用中存在的問題；最后，確立合肥市工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與利用的指導(dǎo)思想、原則和保護(hù)名錄，并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了合肥市工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與再利用規(guī)劃建議和實(shí)施保障建議，同時(shí)選取典型案例進(jìn)行分析驗(yàn)證筆者提出的規(guī)劃對策的合理性和可行性。 最后，總結(jié)了本文的主要研究結(jié)論，并提出了研究的局限性及有待進(jìn)一步研究的問題。
[Abstract]:Industrial heritage is a living fossil to witness the industrial civilization and social development of cities. The research on the protection and utilization of industrial heritage has been widely carried out in the world. Some large cities and typical industrial cities in China have also been carried out one after another. As the provincial capital of Anhui Province, In the process of rapid urban development in Hefei, the relocation of old industrial enterprises and the problems caused by industrial relics have also appeared along with the adjustment of industrial structure. How to deal with the relationship between these industrial relics and urban development, It has become a difficult problem and an urgent proposition for Hefei. However, the achievement of systematical research on the industrial heritage of Hefei is still blank. Under this background, the successful experiences of protecting and utilizing industrial heritage at home and abroad are used for reference. Reasonable and effective protection of these industrial heritage is of great practical significance for inheriting and carrying forward the urban spirit and urban context. Based on the comparative study of domestic and foreign related theories and practices, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the ideas, policies and regulations of industrial heritage protection and reuse at home and abroad. At the same time, the paper summarizes the practical achievements of the protection and utilization of industrial heritage at home and abroad, and probes into the value and reuse mode of industrial heritage. With a view to excavating the value connotation of the existing industrial relics in Hefei, and analyzing the problems existing in the protection and utilization of the industrial heritage in Hefei from many aspects, finally, the guiding ideology of the protection and utilization of the industrial heritage in Hefei is established. On the basis of this, the author puts forward some suggestions for planning and implementing the protection and reuse of industrial heritage in Hefei. At the same time, a typical case is selected to analyze and verify the rationality and feasibility of the planning countermeasures proposed by the author. Finally, the main conclusions of this paper are summarized, and the limitations of the research and the problems to be further studied are put forward.
