基于生態(tài)視角下的高密度建筑形態(tài)研究

【摘要】:自20世紀(jì)初,高密度建筑伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與科技進(jìn)步、城市擴(kuò)張與人口膨脹、能源危機(jī)和資源匱乏而發(fā)展。在空間訴求動(dòng)因尤其是人口基數(shù)與有限耕地這兩項(xiàng)制約因素來考慮,“高密度”已成為不可回避的話題。建筑形態(tài)是構(gòu)建和表達(dá)建筑本體的重要因素,而高密度建筑固有“國際范式”的單一形態(tài)在滿足當(dāng)今城市在資源、自然、人文等方面生態(tài)適應(yīng)性營建上漸顯欠缺。然而長期以來,學(xué)術(shù)界對該領(lǐng)域的研究始終沒有得以深入地展開,存在著許多研究空白甚至是認(rèn)識誤區(qū)。因此從廣義宏觀的生態(tài)視角深層次探究高密度建筑的形態(tài)勢在必行。 本文以彌補(bǔ)上述缺憾為目標(biāo),以文獻(xiàn)閱讀和實(shí)地調(diào)研為核心的研究方法,并自覺應(yīng)用廣義形態(tài)學(xué)的研究范疇對該課題展開研究,旨在挖掘和歸納滿足城市生態(tài)適應(yīng)性營建的高密度建筑形態(tài)特點(diǎn)和表現(xiàn)方式。 全文主體從三個(gè)范疇出發(fā)。宏觀范疇研究緊縮密集城市背景下高密度建筑的分類、分布形態(tài)及存在的問題,意在強(qiáng)調(diào)緊縮城市形態(tài)在削弱環(huán)境侵蝕、減少能源消耗、提高空間密度、加強(qiáng)資源共享等方面的可持續(xù)性。中觀范疇分析高密度建筑形態(tài)本體特點(diǎn),歸納了高密度建筑功能雜交共生形態(tài)、空間三維立體形態(tài)、環(huán)境融合共生形態(tài),傳達(dá)了高密度建筑多維度組構(gòu)布局和高效、綜合利用的整體城市觀。微觀范疇分析當(dāng)代建筑師對于高密度建筑形態(tài)多樣化探索,在營造節(jié)地模式——資源生態(tài)、創(chuàng)建舒適環(huán)境、——自然生態(tài)、激發(fā)空間活力——人文生態(tài)三方面總結(jié)了高密度建筑形態(tài)處理手法。這對高密度建筑生態(tài)適應(yīng)性營建有巨大借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of twentieth Century, the high density buildings along with the economic development and the progress of science and technology, city expansion and population expansion, the energy crisis and the lack of resources and development. In particular the population space appeal reason and limited arable land these two constraints factors to consider, "high density" has become an unavoidable topic. The architectural form is important construction and expression of factors of ontology building, and a single form of high density building "inherent international paradigm" in today's city meet in resources, natural, cultural and other aspects of the construction of ecological adaptability on fade lack. However, the research in the field of academia has not been carried out, there are lots of blank even is a misunderstanding. Therefore, from the form of generalized macroscopic ecological perspective to explore the deep-seated high density construction is imperative.
In order to make up the defects as the goal, research methods in reading literature and field research as the core, the research category and application of generalized morphological conscious study of this topic is to excavate and sum up the characteristics of high density meet the architectural form and style construction of city ecological adaptability.
The main text from the three categories of macro scope. The classification of high density city building dense tightening background, forms and problems of distribution, intended to emphasize the compact city morphology in weaken environmental erosion, reduce energy consumption, improve the spatial density, strengthen sustainable resource sharing. The medium category analysis of high density architectural form Ontology the characteristics, summed up the high density building function of hybrid symbiotic three-dimensional shape, form, environment symbiotic fusion form, convey the high density multi dimension structure layout and building efficient, comprehensive utilization of the whole city. Contemporary architects to explore for high density micro architectural form diversification category analysis, in the construction of land resources ecological pattern. Create a comfortable environment, natural ecology, cultural ecology, stimulate the vitality of three aspects summarizes the state of high density construction technique. This is of great significance for the construction of ecological adaptability in high density buildings.
