靜鉆根植竹節(jié)樁荷載傳遞機理模型試驗

【摘要】:針對靜鉆根植竹節(jié)樁這種新型組合樁基的荷載傳遞機理的問題,在模型槽中進行竹節(jié)樁的模型試驗.通過埋設在竹節(jié)樁表面與水泥土中的應變片及樁底的土壓力傳感器對加載過程中樁身、樁端以及水泥土中的應力進行測量.模型試驗結果表明:樁側水泥土與樁端水泥土在荷載傳遞過程中所起作用不同,靠近樁端水泥土處樁側水泥土中應力較大,在實際工程中需要提高該區(qū)域水泥土強度;模型試驗測得的水泥土與樁周土極限側摩阻力比現場試樁水泥土與樁周土的極限側摩阻力大,在實際工程中攪拌水泥土時應提高攪拌均勻性以增加樁側摩阻力;可以用傳統(tǒng)樁基沉降計算公式計算靜鉆根植竹節(jié)樁的樁端沉降.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of load transfer mechanism of a new type of composite pile foundation, the static drill root planting bamboo section pile, The model test of the slub pile was carried out in the model slot. The strain gauge embedded in the surface of the slub pile and the cement soil and the earth pressure sensor at the bottom of the pile were applied to the pile during the loading process. The model test results show that the effect of pile-side cement-soil and pile-end cement-soil is different in the process of load transfer, and the stress in pile-side cement-soil near the pile-end is larger than that in pile-side cement-soil. It is necessary to improve the strength of cement soil in this area in actual engineering, and the ultimate side friction of cement soil and soil around pile measured by model test is greater than that of cement soil and soil around pile in situ. When mixing cement soil in actual engineering, the mixing uniformity should be improved to increase the frictional resistance of pile side, and the pile tip settlement of static drilling and planting bamboo-shaped pile can be calculated by traditional formula of pile foundation settlement.
