【摘要】:現(xiàn)今,隨著對(duì)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)使用功能的要求越來(lái)越高,結(jié)構(gòu)形式越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,梁柱異型節(jié)點(diǎn)已經(jīng)越來(lái)越多地出現(xiàn)在大型工業(yè)建筑及民用建筑中。由于缺乏對(duì)左右梁位置偏移的外加強(qiáng)環(huán)式鋼框架異型節(jié)點(diǎn)的試驗(yàn)和理論研究,目前在該領(lǐng)域的國(guó)家相關(guān)規(guī)范依然處于空白,也因此對(duì)其并沒(méi)有可靠的設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù),所以對(duì)該類(lèi)框架異型節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析研究具有重要的理論意義和實(shí)際價(jià)值。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容為左右梁位置偏移的外加強(qiáng)環(huán)式鋼框架梁柱異型節(jié)點(diǎn)的抗震性能。通過(guò)前期的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,將模型設(shè)計(jì)為“強(qiáng)構(gòu)件弱節(jié)點(diǎn)”的形式,異型節(jié)點(diǎn)的節(jié)點(diǎn)域被劃分為中間節(jié)點(diǎn)域及對(duì)稱(chēng)的上節(jié)點(diǎn)域和下節(jié)點(diǎn)域三部分,利用有限元程序ABAQUS對(duì)梁柱異型節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力性能進(jìn)行了非線(xiàn)性有限元分析,獲得了低周往復(fù)荷載下異型節(jié)點(diǎn)的節(jié)點(diǎn)域的應(yīng)力分布及發(fā)展規(guī)律,并對(duì)核心節(jié)點(diǎn)域及上節(jié)點(diǎn)域和下節(jié)點(diǎn)域的計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析比較。制作了相同尺寸的試驗(yàn)試件,對(duì)其進(jìn)行了低周往復(fù)加載試驗(yàn),分析研究了節(jié)點(diǎn)左右梁偏移高度、外加強(qiáng)環(huán)板的設(shè)置和柱的截面形式對(duì)異型節(jié)點(diǎn)抗震性能的影響,得到鋼框架異型節(jié)點(diǎn)的承載能力、變形性能、滯回性能和破壞模態(tài),同時(shí)與常規(guī)節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了比較。試驗(yàn)研究結(jié)果表明:該類(lèi)梁柱異型節(jié)點(diǎn)的延性性能好,耗能能力強(qiáng),具有良好的抗震性能。在位移加載的最后階段,雖然節(jié)點(diǎn)域處產(chǎn)生了明顯的剪切變形,但結(jié)構(gòu)仍可以保持很好的整體性。本文通過(guò)試驗(yàn)研究及有限元分析揭示了左右梁位置偏移的外加強(qiáng)環(huán)式鋼框架梁柱異型節(jié)點(diǎn)的抗震性能及其破壞模態(tài),研究成果為今后設(shè)計(jì)該類(lèi)節(jié)點(diǎn)提供了參考,同時(shí)也為異型節(jié)點(diǎn)的進(jìn)一步研究打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the increasing demands on the function of building structure, the structure form is becoming more and more complex. Liang Zhu special-shaped joints have appeared more and more in large industrial and civil buildings. Due to the lack of experimental and theoretical research on the abnormal joints of externally reinforced ring steel frames with deviation to the position of left and right beams, At present, the relevant national norms in this field are still in blank, so there is no reliable design basis for them. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to analyze and study the abnormal joints of this kind of frame. The main content of this paper is the seismic behavior of the abnormal joints of Liang Zhu steel frame with the displacement of left and right beams. Through the previous design calculation, The model is designed in the form of "strong component weak node". The node domain of irregular node is divided into three parts: intermediate node domain and symmetric upper node domain and lower node domain. Using finite element program ABAQUS, the nonlinear finite element analysis of the mechanical behavior of Liang Zhu irregular joints is carried out, and the stress distribution and development law of the joints under low cycle reciprocating load are obtained. The calculation results of the core node domain, the upper node domain and the lower node domain are analyzed and compared. The test specimens of the same size are made, and the low cycle reciprocating loading test is carried out, and the deflection height of the left and right beams of the joints is analyzed and studied. The influence of the setting of the outer stiffened ring plate and the section form of the column on the seismic behavior of the special shaped joints is obtained, and the bearing capacity, deformation performance, hysteretic performance and failure mode of the special shaped joints of the steel frame are obtained. At the same time, it is compared with conventional joints. The experimental results show that this kind of Liang Zhu abnormal joints have good ductility, strong energy dissipation and good seismic performance. In the final stage of displacement loading, Although there is significant shear deformation at the node domain, But the structure can still maintain a good integrity. This paper reveals the seismic behavior and failure mode of Liang Zhu abnormal joints of externally reinforced steel frame with the displacement of left and right beams by means of experimental research and finite element analysis. The research results provide a reference for the design of this kind of joints in the future, and also lay a good foundation for the further study of the abnormal nodes.
