【摘要】：隨著生活水平的改善,人們也逐漸開始追求酒店品質(zhì)�？腿嗽诰频曜非蠡鞠M(fèi)時,更加重視消費(fèi)上的感受。如何成功地塑造酒店的入口空間是酒店設(shè)計面臨的一個重大課題。在本文中,研究對象為酒店入口空間,從顧客的感受出發(fā)討論如何以建筑設(shè)計手法為旅客營造一個溫馨、和諧、快樂的入口空間環(huán)境,從而增強(qiáng)整體酒店空間品質(zhì),彰顯酒店入口的特色與標(biāo)志性。同時探討酒店輔助入口的空間布局與流線組織方式,以便酒店后勤輔助入口獨(dú)立、高效、便捷地運(yùn)行,避免各入口流線的交叉干擾,方便酒店后勤服務(wù)工作的展開�？腿说竭_(dá)酒店首先接觸的是酒店入口,之后的一段時間消費(fèi)者才會逐步去感受酒店內(nèi)在的服務(wù)品質(zhì)。因此,設(shè)計師在進(jìn)行酒店設(shè)計的時候需要抓住客人的獵奇心理這一要素,使得酒店設(shè)計能滿足客人渴望酒店所能給予的溫馨、安全、驚喜、獨(dú)特和高品位服務(wù)的心理。酒店入口空間作為酒店公共空間系統(tǒng)的開端,完成了從城市到酒店室內(nèi)空間的過渡。因此酒店入口空間的空間組織、空間環(huán)境及氛圍對顧客往往產(chǎn)生重要影響,為顧客對酒店的整體印象奠定基礎(chǔ),也對酒店的整體外觀起到了畫龍點(diǎn)睛的效果。同時,入口空間的設(shè)計應(yīng)有效地組織各種流線,防止客人和服務(wù)流線之間的干擾,促進(jìn)了酒店的安全性和管理效率。因此,如何提升高酒店入口的空間品質(zhì),成為業(yè)界越來越重視和關(guān)注的問題。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of living standard, people begin to pursue hotel quality gradually. How to successfully shape the hotel entrance space is an important subject of hotel design. In this paper, the research object is the hotel entrance space. Starting from the customer's feelings, the paper discusses how to create a warm, harmonious and happy entrance space environment for visitors by architectural design techniques, thereby enhancing the overall hotel space quality. Show the characteristics and landmarks of the hotel entrance. At the same time, discuss the space layout and streamline organization of the hotel auxiliary entrance, so that the hotel logistics auxiliary entrance can operate independently, efficiently and conveniently, and avoid the cross interference of each entrance streamline. To facilitate the development of hotel logistics services. Guests to the hotel first contact with the hotel entrance, after a period of time before consumers will gradually feel the hotel's internal service quality. When designing a hotel, the designer should grasp the element of the guest's curiosity, so that the hotel design can satisfy the warm, safe and surprise that the guest longs for the hotel to give. Unique and high-grade service psychology. As the beginning of the hotel public space system, the hotel entrance space has completed the transition from the city to the hotel interior space. Therefore, the hotel entrance space space organization, The space environment and atmosphere often have an important influence on the customers, which lays the foundation for the customers' overall impression of the hotel, and also plays a finishing role on the overall appearance of the hotel. At the same time, the design of the entrance space should organize all kinds of streamline effectively. Therefore, how to improve the quality of the high hotel entrance space has become a more and more important and concerned issue for the industry to prevent the interference between the guest and service streamline, and promote the security and management efficiency of the hotel.
