粉煤灰與石灰石粉對(duì)混凝土漿體流動(dòng)性能的影響研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),我國(guó)建筑行業(yè)發(fā)展很迅速,混凝土礦物摻合料的利用已經(jīng)向環(huán)保、經(jīng)濟(jì)的趨勢(shì)發(fā)展。已有很多學(xué)者對(duì)粉煤灰作為混凝土摻合料進(jìn)行研究,并取得了大量成果,粉煤灰作為一種優(yōu)質(zhì)的礦物摻合料,其眾多優(yōu)勢(shì)已得到大量驗(yàn)證,其對(duì)混凝土流變性能的改善已得到大多數(shù)學(xué)者的認(rèn)可;而石灰石粉作為一種惰性摻合料摻加在混凝土中的研究在近幾年才逐漸增多,我國(guó)石灰石粉資源比較豐富,對(duì)石灰石粉多加利用,不僅可以保護(hù)環(huán)境,還可以產(chǎn)生良好的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益;這兩種摻合料單獨(dú)摻加在混凝土的研究已有很多,但石灰石粉與粉煤灰雙摻的研究卻很少。本文以石灰石粉和粉煤灰作為混凝土摻合料為研究對(duì)象,研究了兩者對(duì)水泥漿體流變性能的影響,探討了兩者對(duì)水泥凈漿、水泥膠砂及新拌混凝土的工作性能的改善。 本文首先設(shè)計(jì)粉煤灰與石灰石粉單摻及復(fù)摻的水泥凈漿實(shí)驗(yàn),固定這兩種摻合料的摻和量,通過微型坍落度實(shí)驗(yàn)和marsh筒實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了在不同狀態(tài)下這兩種摻合料不同比例對(duì)水泥凈漿流動(dòng)性能的影響,通過顆分試驗(yàn)分析了水泥凈漿組成材料的顆粒級(jí)配對(duì)水泥凈漿流動(dòng)性能的影響,并根據(jù)賓漢姆流體模型中水泥漿體的屈服應(yīng)力和粘度系數(shù)來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)水泥漿體流動(dòng)性能的優(yōu)劣。 其次,設(shè)計(jì)粉煤灰和石灰石粉單摻及復(fù)摻對(duì)水泥膠砂流動(dòng)度和膠砂流動(dòng)度經(jīng)時(shí)損失的影響,復(fù)摻試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)思路為固定石灰石粉的摻量,逐漸增加粉煤灰的摻量。試驗(yàn)研究表明石灰石粉的摻加增加水泥膠砂體系的粘稠度,其“填充效應(yīng)”可在一定程度上增加水泥膠砂的流動(dòng)度,較大程度的降低水泥膠砂流動(dòng)度經(jīng)時(shí)損失。其與粉煤灰在不同比例復(fù)摻時(shí)對(duì)水泥膠砂流動(dòng)度的影響也不同。 混凝土試驗(yàn)的水膠比、礦物摻合料的摻量比例與水泥膠砂試驗(yàn)相同,這樣可以更好的判斷混凝土坍落擴(kuò)展度與水泥膠砂流動(dòng)度的相關(guān)性,也可為以水泥膠砂流動(dòng)度來(lái)預(yù)測(cè)混凝土流動(dòng)性能提供依據(jù);通過電鏡掃描來(lái)觀察混凝土破壞界面的粉煤灰顆粒與石灰石粉顆粒形貌、狀態(tài),為兩者改善混凝土漿體流動(dòng)性能的理論分析提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction industry in China has developed rapidly, and the use of concrete mineral admixture has been developed to the trend of environmental protection and economy. Many scholars have studied fly ash as concrete admixture, and obtained a lot of achievements. Fly ash as a kind of high quality mineral admixture, its numerous advantages have been verified, and the improvement of concrete rheological properties has been approved by most scholars. However, the study of limestone powder as an inert admixture in concrete has increased gradually in recent years, and the resources of limestone powder in our country are relatively rich, so more use of limestone powder can not only protect the environment, but also improve the quality of limestone powder. It can also produce good social and economic benefits; there has been a lot of research on the addition of these two admixtures to concrete alone. In this paper, the influence of limestone powder and fly ash on the rheological properties of cement paste is studied, and the effect of both on cement paste is discussed. Improvement of working performance of cement mortar and fresh concrete. In this paper, first of all, the experiment of cement paste with fly ash and limestone powder is designed, the mixing amount of these two admixtures is fixed, and the experiment of micro slump and marsh tube is carried out. The effect of the two admixtures on the flow performance of cement paste was studied under different conditions. The effect of particle gradation of cement paste composition on the flow performance of cement paste was analyzed through particle tests. According to the yield stress and viscosity coefficient of cement paste in Bingham fluid model, the flow performance of cement paste is evaluated. Secondly, the influence of fly ash and limestone powder on the flowability of cement mortar and the loss of flowability of cement sand is studied. The design idea of compound mixing test is to fix the content of limestone powder. The experimental results show that the "filling effect" can increase the fluidity of cement sand to a certain extent by increasing the viscosity of cement sand system with the addition of limestone powder. The flow loss of cement sand is reduced to a large extent, and the effect on the flowability of cement mortar is different from that of fly ash when it is mixed with fly ash in different proportion. The water / binder ratio and mineral admixture ratio of concrete test are the same as that of cement sand test, which can better judge the correlation between concrete collapse expansion and cement sand flow. It can also provide the basis for predicting the fluidity of concrete based on the flowing degree of cement sand, and observe the morphology and state of fly ash and limestone particles at the failure interface of concrete by scanning electron microscope. It provides the basis for the theoretical analysis of improving the flow performance of concrete paste.
