上海市某高層房屋外墻滲漏發(fā)霉檢測(cè)評(píng)估

【摘要】:對(duì)上海市某高層房屋外墻滲漏發(fā)霉進(jìn)行檢測(cè)評(píng)估,從房屋室內(nèi)滲漏情況、外墻損傷情況、外墻空鼓情況及外墻做法等方面進(jìn)行檢測(cè),結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì)圖紙和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)結(jié)果對(duì)滲漏發(fā)霉原因進(jìn)行分析。評(píng)估結(jié)果表明,該建筑房屋外墻發(fā)霉主要由于雨水沿墻縫隙滲入和墻面結(jié)露引起。上海在20世紀(jì)90年代和21世紀(jì)初建造了許多塔式結(jié)構(gòu)高層住宅,此類住宅常出現(xiàn)外墻發(fā)霉情況,如何從根本上解決此類問題,還需要進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:To detect and evaluate the external wall leakage of a high-rise building in Shanghai, including the indoor leakage, the damage of the outer wall, the empty drum of the outer wall and the practices of the exterior wall, etc. Combined with the design drawings and field test results, the causes of leakage and mildew are analyzed. The evaluation results show that, The mildew of the exterior wall of the building is mainly caused by the infiltration of Rain Water through the cracks of the wall and the condensation of the wall surface. In 1990s and early 21th century, Shanghai built many tall tower structure residences, which often have moldy exterior walls. How to fundamentally solve this kind of problem, still need further research.
