【摘要】：SHC工程項(xiàng)目是Z施工單位在上海長(zhǎng)寧區(qū)承建的第一個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目。隨著長(zhǎng)寧區(qū)飛速發(fā)展,土地資源日益緊缺,為了提高土地的利用率,高層建筑在長(zhǎng)寧轄區(qū)內(nèi)占據(jù)了主體地位,SHC工程項(xiàng)目也是其中之一。SHC工程項(xiàng)目作為長(zhǎng)寧區(qū)高層建筑的典型代表,但由于高層建筑層數(shù)多、施工量大等的特點(diǎn),在建設(shè)過(guò)程中存在的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)更加突出。本文借鑒和吸收國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)建筑施工安全管理、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)的理論和方法,充分考慮高層建筑項(xiàng)目施工安全生產(chǎn)的特性和實(shí)際需求,深入分析SHC工程項(xiàng)目施工過(guò)程中的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題。以SHC工程項(xiàng)目施工過(guò)程中的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)為研究對(duì)象,分析該工程項(xiàng)目施工特點(diǎn)和安全問(wèn)題,歸納施工過(guò)程中可能存在的安全事故類型,運(yùn)用事故樹分析法對(duì)SHC工程項(xiàng)目施工安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)(危險(xiǎn)源)進(jìn)行分析識(shí)別,建立SHC施工安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事故樹。通過(guò)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次分析法以及模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法的研究,建立SHC工程項(xiàng)目施工安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,構(gòu)造施工安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)于SHC工程項(xiàng)目施工安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)和結(jié)果分析。最后,根據(jù)SHC工程項(xiàng)目施工安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制思路,提出施工安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)措施。本文的研究可以比較客觀地分析SHC工程項(xiàng)目施工過(guò)程中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理決策者制定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制策略提供依據(jù),這對(duì)Z施工單位開展類似的工程項(xiàng)目將是一個(gè)非常有價(jià)值的研究課題。
[Abstract]:The SHC project is the first project undertaken by Z construction unit in Changning District of Shanghai. With the rapid development of Changning District, land resources are increasingly scarce. In order to improve the utilization rate of land, High-rise buildings occupy the main position in Changning district. SHC project is one of them. SHC project is a typical representative of high-rise buildings in Changning district. However, because of the large number of high-rise buildings and the large amount of construction, The paper draws lessons from and absorbs the theories and methods of construction safety management, risk identification and risk evaluation in China. Considering the characteristics and practical requirements of construction safety of high-rise building projects, this paper deeply analyzes the safety risks in the construction process of SHC engineering projects. Taking the safety risks in the construction process of SHC engineering projects as the research object, This paper analyzes the construction characteristics and safety problems of the project, sums up the possible types of safety accidents in the construction process, and analyzes and identifies the construction safety risks (hazard sources) of the SHC project by means of accident tree analysis. The SHC construction safety risk accident tree is established. Through the research of the network analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the SHC project construction safety risk evaluation index system is established, and the construction safety risk evaluation model is constructed. The construction safety risk of SHC project is evaluated and the result is analyzed. Finally, according to the idea of SHC project construction safety risk control, The research in this paper can objectively analyze the risk in the construction process of SHC project and provide the basis for risk management decision makers to formulate risk control strategy. This will be a very valuable research topic for Z construction unit to carry out similar projects.
