西安地區(qū)農(nóng)村居住建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:我國是一個由歷史、人文以及地理確立的“農(nóng)業(yè)大國”,農(nóng)村土地資源廣闊,人均擁有居住面積高于城市居民,隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,我國城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的快速推進(jìn),農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展,農(nóng)村住宅建設(shè)迅速增加,繼而建筑能耗總量和占全社會能耗比重持續(xù)增長,呈現(xiàn)出了總量大、比例高、能效低、污染重的特點(diǎn)。 本文通過對國內(nèi)外農(nóng)村居住建筑節(jié)能發(fā)展水平的了解和學(xué)習(xí),,深入到西安市周邊農(nóng)村,對現(xiàn)有居住建筑狀況及建筑節(jié)能現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,了解西安地區(qū)農(nóng)村居住建設(shè)、圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)、建筑能耗、節(jié)能現(xiàn)狀等方面存在的問題,進(jìn)行研究分析;基于影響居住建筑節(jié)能和居住舒適度的現(xiàn)狀,對西安地區(qū)農(nóng)村居住建筑節(jié)能技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析研究;在理論和實(shí)際的研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出適宜于西安地區(qū)農(nóng)村節(jié)能居住建筑的優(yōu)化方案,并分別從建筑節(jié)能技術(shù)與建造成本兩個層面證明其適宜于西安地區(qū)大部分農(nóng)村的發(fā)展,并具有現(xiàn)實(shí)推廣價值;最后通過軟件模擬,驗(yàn)證其節(jié)能成效。 本文對于各級政府行政機(jī)構(gòu)在本地區(qū)推廣節(jié)能型民居提供參考依據(jù),本文的研究對于寒冷地區(qū)農(nóng)村節(jié)能居住建筑的建設(shè)發(fā)展具有重要價值,對于類似地區(qū)政府行政部門推行農(nóng)村節(jié)能型民居制定相關(guān)政策,提供了詳實(shí)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:China is a "big agricultural country" established by history, humanities and geography. The rural land resources are vast and the per capita living area is higher than that of urban residents. With the continuous development of social economy, the process of urbanization in China is advancing rapidly. With the rapid development of rural economy and the rapid increase of rural housing construction, the total building energy consumption and the proportion of energy consumption in the whole society continue to increase, showing the characteristics of large total amount, high proportion, low energy efficiency and heavy pollution. Through the understanding and study of the development level of energy conservation in rural residential buildings at home and abroad, this paper goes deep into the surrounding rural areas of Xi'an, investigates and studies the existing residential buildings and the present situation of building energy conservation, and understands the rural residential construction in Xi'an. Based on the current situation of energy saving and living comfort of residential buildings, the energy saving technology of rural residential buildings in Xi'an is analyzed and analyzed. On the basis of theoretical and practical research, this paper puts forward an optimized scheme for energy saving residential buildings in Xi'an, and proves that it is suitable for the development of most rural areas in Xi'an from the two aspects of building energy saving technology and construction cost. And has the practical promotion value, finally through the software simulation, verifies its energy-saving effect. This paper provides the reference for the government administration agencies at all levels to popularize the energy-saving residential buildings in this area, and the research in this paper has important value for the construction and development of the energy-saving residential buildings in the cold rural areas. It provides a detailed basis for the government administration of similar areas to implement rural energy-saving residential development policies.
