【摘要】：質(zhì)量是人類文明程度的標(biāo)志,高�；ㄗ鳛閷W(xué)校發(fā)展的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),其質(zhì)量好壞關(guān)系到全體師生的人身安全,也關(guān)系到學(xué)校未來的發(fā)展和社會(huì)影響力。高�；�(xiàng)目的建設(shè)是一個(gè)大規(guī)模、長周期、多環(huán)節(jié)的過程,這一個(gè)過程的質(zhì)量管理復(fù)雜且繁瑣。高校作為業(yè)主方,是基建項(xiàng)目投資與建設(shè)的責(zé)任主體,其對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的管理貫穿于項(xiàng)目各個(gè)階段和環(huán)節(jié),是質(zhì)量管理的核心。因此,業(yè)主方在基建項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中采取何種有效方法和措施進(jìn)行質(zhì)量管理,是基建項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保障的關(guān)鍵。本文的核心內(nèi)容是X高校作為業(yè)主方如何對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)大樓建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行有效質(zhì)量管理,文章通過研究背景介紹了目前高�；�(xiàng)目建設(shè)管理過程中存在的問題,在工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理理論的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,梳理了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的概念、要素、基本原理等,結(jié)合X高校實(shí)驗(yàn)大樓建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,站在業(yè)主方的角度,介紹了該建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的工程概況和項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃,并詳細(xì)敘述了學(xué)院作為業(yè)主方在項(xiàng)目施工前階段、施工階段、施工后階段為提高質(zhì)量所做的管理措施。同時(shí),在項(xiàng)目施工階段采用直方圖法和因果分析法對(duì)分部分項(xiàng)工程進(jìn)行質(zhì)量的管理和控制。從而有效保證了X高校實(shí)驗(yàn)大樓建設(shè)項(xiàng)目整體目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),提升了項(xiàng)目的整體質(zhì)量,具有一定的工程參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Quality is the symbol of human civilization. As the material foundation of the development of university, the quality of university capital construction is related to the personal safety of all teachers and students. It is also related to the future development and social influence of the school. The construction of the university infrastructure project is a large-scale, long-period, multi-link process. The quality management of this process is complicated and complicated. The management of project quality runs through all stages and links of the project and is the core of quality management. What effective methods and measures are taken by the owners in the construction of capital construction projects to carry out quality control, The core content of this paper is how to carry out effective quality management of the experimental building construction project by X university as the owner. This paper introduces the problems existing in the process of the construction and management of the construction projects in colleges and universities through the research background. On the basis of the current research situation of the quality management theory of the engineering projects at home and abroad, it combs the concept and elements of the project quality management. The basic principle and so on, combining the X university experimental building construction project, standing on the owner's side angle, introduced the project general situation and the project plan of the construction project, and described in detail the college as the owner side in the project construction stage, the construction stage, Management measures to improve quality in the post-construction phase. At the same time, In the construction phase of the project, the histogram method and causality analysis method are used to manage and control the quality of the sub-project, which effectively ensures the realization of the overall goal of the construction project of the experimental building of X university, and improves the overall quality of the project. It has certain engineering reference value.
