【摘要】：伴隨時代的進步與科技的發(fā)展，經(jīng)濟與資源的矛盾日益尖銳，節(jié)約能源已成為當(dāng)今世界的主題，我國也立志于創(chuàng)造“節(jié)約型社會”。建筑能耗占總能耗的比重極大，在我國建筑能耗占總能耗的27%以上，并且呈現(xiàn)不斷遞增的趨勢，其中建筑電氣設(shè)備占到建筑總能耗的67%以上。相關(guān)資料顯示，通過對建筑設(shè)備進行節(jié)能優(yōu)化，可實現(xiàn)15%到40%的節(jié)能效果，加強建筑設(shè)備電氣節(jié)能已勢在必行。 通過建筑設(shè)備電氣自動化系統(tǒng)不僅對辦公樓的電氣設(shè)備控制達(dá)到智能、自動控制的目的，還能有效節(jié)約能耗，一直是當(dāng)前辦公建筑建設(shè)研究的重點領(lǐng)域。建筑設(shè)備電氣自動化系統(tǒng)通過智能化的手段，摸清能耗現(xiàn)狀，并再次通過智能化手段優(yōu)化運行方式，從而達(dá)到節(jié)能改造的目的，大量實踐案例證明通過建筑設(shè)備電氣自動化系統(tǒng)可有效減少建筑能耗。 本文首先對建筑設(shè)備電氣控制系統(tǒng)的背景與現(xiàn)狀進行闡述，進一步探討建筑設(shè)備電氣控制系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成與功能，并對建筑設(shè)備電氣自動化控制系統(tǒng)節(jié)能模式進行分析，最后將上述理論應(yīng)用于N公司總部辦公中心，，深入研究如何構(gòu)建建筑設(shè)備電氣自動化節(jié)能控制系統(tǒng)，本課題適應(yīng)于辦公樓自動化節(jié)能控制系統(tǒng)，具有一定的理論意義與實用價值。
[Abstract]:With the progress of the times and the development of science and technology, the contradiction between economy and resources has become increasingly sharp. Energy conservation has become the theme of the world today, and our country is also determined to create a "economized society". Building energy consumption accounts for a large proportion of the total energy consumption. In our country, building energy consumption accounts for more than 27% of the total energy consumption, and shows an increasing trend, among which building electrical equipment accounts for more than 67% of the total building energy consumption. To achieve energy saving effect from 15% to 40%, it is imperative to strengthen electrical energy saving of construction equipment. The electric automation system of building equipment can not only achieve the purpose of intelligent and automatic control to the electrical equipment of office building, but also save energy consumption effectively. The electric automation system of building equipment, by means of intelligent means, finds out the present situation of energy consumption, and optimizes the operation mode by means of intelligent means again, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and transformation. A large number of practical cases have proved that building equipment electrical automation system can effectively reduce building energy consumption. In this paper, the background and present situation of electrical control system of construction equipment are expounded, the constitution and function of electrical control system of building equipment are discussed, and the energy saving mode of electric automation control system of construction equipment is analyzed. Finally, the above theory is applied to the office center of N Company headquarters, and how to construct the energy saving control system of electrical automation of building equipment is studied in depth. This subject is suitable for the office building automation energy saving control system. It has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
