【摘要】：本工程是典型的在上覆粗砂層且?guī)r溶較發(fā)育的灰?guī)r地層進行鉆孔灌注樁施工實例,結(jié)合詳細的勘察報告,設(shè)計采用嵌巖摩擦端承樁,選取中風化巖石為樁端持力層,低應變法對樁基進行完整l性檢測,靜載荷試驗對樁基完整性存在問題的進行承載力驗證,驗證結(jié)果不合格。通過鉆芯法對靜載試驗不合格的樁進行原因分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在沉渣過厚和樁端持力層不滿足要求等問題。對不合格樁進行加固處理,又分別采取靜載荷試驗進行了加固效果驗證,通過兩根不同沉渣厚度的基樁的檢測、加固及效果驗證等數(shù)據(jù)的對比,最終得出本文結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:This project is a typical example of bored cast-in-place pile construction in limestone strata with overlying coarse sand and developed karst. Combined with detailed investigation report, it is designed to adopt rock-socketed friction end bearing pile and select weathered rock as pile end bearing layer. The method of low strain is used to check the integrity of pile foundation, the bearing capacity of pile foundation is verified by static load test, and the result is not qualified. The reason of unqualified pile under static load test is analyzed by drilling core method. It is found that the sediment is too thick and the bearing layer at the end of the pile does not meet the requirements. The reinforcement effect of the unqualified pile is verified by static load test, and two piles with different sediment thickness are tested. Finally, the conclusion of this paper is drawn by comparing the data of reinforcement and effect verification.
