重慶地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)民居光環(huán)境優(yōu)化設(shè)計策略研究

【摘要】:本課題依據(jù)國家“十二五”農(nóng)村領(lǐng)域國家科技計劃課題“成渝城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)集約化建設(shè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與示范”的項目(項目編號:2013BAJ11B00)中的子課題山地傳統(tǒng)民居文化空間更新利用與物理環(huán)境優(yōu)化關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與示范(課題編號:2013BAJ11B04)進(jìn)行研究。 村鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)是我國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的重大戰(zhàn)略任務(wù),是實現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展和全面建設(shè)小康社會宏偉目標(biāo)的重要方面。在解決農(nóng)村發(fā)展土地制約、改善農(nóng)村環(huán)境、推進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展中提出“工業(yè)向園區(qū)集中、農(nóng)民向規(guī)劃居住點集中、土地向規(guī)模經(jīng)營集中”的三集中發(fā)展模式。在對農(nóng)村大量傳統(tǒng)舊民居的改造與保護(hù)方面,住建部2013年提出將農(nóng)村危舊房改造列為今年的重點,因此對傳統(tǒng)民居的改造保護(hù)勢在必行。 本文以改善重慶地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)民居光環(huán)境為研究目標(biāo),通過梳理傳統(tǒng)建筑中的采光技術(shù)理論和概念,總結(jié)了優(yōu)秀的傳統(tǒng)采光技術(shù),發(fā)現(xiàn)在傳統(tǒng)民居中單界面和多界面采光存在采光量不足或采光均勻度不夠的問題。針對上述問題,筆者對江津區(qū)中山鎮(zhèn)、銅梁縣安居鎮(zhèn)和渝北區(qū)龍興古鎮(zhèn)等地的傳統(tǒng)民居進(jìn)行了大量實地調(diào)研,通過文獻(xiàn)研究、問卷調(diào)查和現(xiàn)場實測證實了傳統(tǒng)民居中確實存在以上天然光環(huán)境問題。為了彌補傳統(tǒng)采光技術(shù)受到限制的問題,引入了現(xiàn)代采光技術(shù),基于傳統(tǒng)民居的天然采光界面差異,本文提出了針對單界面和多界面的采光技術(shù)策略,以中山鎮(zhèn)榮廬莊園為例進(jìn)行光環(huán)境優(yōu)化改造設(shè)計,通過對實際案例的改造驗證了采光技術(shù)策略的合理性,使傳統(tǒng)民居光環(huán)境質(zhì)量符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),幫助改善傳統(tǒng)民居的室內(nèi)天然光環(huán)境,提高居民生活質(zhì)量,為今后重慶地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)民居的光環(huán)境優(yōu)化設(shè)計提供一定的參考和建議。 全文共分為六個章節(jié): 第一章:緒論。對論文的選題背景、意義和目的、研究范圍和內(nèi)容以及方法進(jìn)行概括性的論述。 第二章:從理論方面入手,對傳統(tǒng)民居室內(nèi)光環(huán)境存在的問題進(jìn)行分析。首先介紹天然采光基本概念,然后從自然環(huán)境、規(guī)劃布局、建筑空間、景觀植物這幾個方面對影響光環(huán)境的因素進(jìn)行研究,,最后總結(jié)傳統(tǒng)民居中存在的采光技術(shù)。 第三章:針對前期研究發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,對重慶地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)民居進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場調(diào)研與實測,證實了重慶地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)民居室內(nèi)光環(huán)境存在的問題,并分析這些問題存在的原因。 第四章:提出光環(huán)境優(yōu)化策略。為了解決理論與實際調(diào)研中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,提出了光環(huán)境優(yōu)化策略,并按采光界面類型,分成單界面采光與多界面采光兩類,總結(jié)形成了傳統(tǒng)民居光環(huán)境優(yōu)化技術(shù)策略集成表。 第五章:對馮氏民居及榮廬莊園進(jìn)行光環(huán)境優(yōu)化設(shè)計示例。以第四章的光環(huán)境優(yōu)化策略集成表為指導(dǎo)原則,對選取的案例進(jìn)行了光環(huán)境優(yōu)化設(shè)計。挑選出具有代表性的節(jié)點進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計,并對設(shè)計后成果進(jìn)行評價,基于評價結(jié)果,證實改造設(shè)計有效改善了馮氏老宅及榮廬莊園室內(nèi)光環(huán)境。 第六章:作為結(jié)語部分對重慶地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)民居光環(huán)境優(yōu)化技術(shù)進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:According to the "12th Five-Year" national rural areas of national science and technology project of "village of Chengdu area intensive construction key technology and demonstration project (project number: 2013BAJ11B00) in the sub project of mountainous traditional residence culture space utilization and physical environment optimization of key technologies and demonstration (project number: 2013BAJ11B04) was studied.
Town construction is an important strategic task in China's modernization, is an important aspect of realizing urban and rural development and build comparatively well-off society in the round. The constraints in rural development to solve the land, improve the rural environment, promote urban and rural development is put forward in the industrial park set, farmers concentrated to the planning of residential, three concentrated land development pattern to the scale set ". In the transformation of a large number of rural traditional dwellings and protection, the Ministry of housing in 2013, the transformation of old and dilapidated houses in rural areas as the focus of this year, so the transformation and protection of traditional houses is imperative.
To improve the light environment of the traditional dwellings in Chongqing as the research object, through combing the traditional theory and the concept of lighting technology in construction, summarizes the traditional lighting technology excellent, found in traditional houses in a single interface and multi interface exists insufficient lighting lighting or lighting uniformity is not enough. To solve these problems, the author of Zhongshan town Jiangjin District, Tongliang county and Yubei District City Longxing town etc. the traditional dwellings are a large number of field research, through literature research, questionnaire survey and field test confirmed the natural light environment problems do exist in traditional houses. In order to make up for the limitation of traditional lighting technology, introduced modern lighting technology, natural lighting interface based on the differences of traditional houses, this thesis proposes a single interface and multi interface lighting technology strategy, in the town of Lu Rong Park as an example of light environment Optimization design, verify the rationality of lighting technology strategy through the transformation of the actual case, the traditional residential environmental quality in line with national standards, to help improve the indoor natural light environment of traditional houses, improve the quality of life of residents, in order to optimize the design to provide a reference and recommendations light environment in Chongqing area of traditional houses.
The full text is divided into six chapters.
Chapter 1: introduction. The background, significance and purpose of the thesis, the scope, content and methods of the research are discussed in general.
The second chapter: starting from the theoretical aspect, the existence of indoor light environment of traditional houses is analyzed. Firstly, introduce the basic concepts of natural lighting, and then from the natural environment, planning and layout, architectural space, landscape plants that several studies on the influence factors of light environment, finally summarizes the existing traditional dwellings in lighting technology.
The third chapter: Aiming at the problems found in the previous research, we carried out field investigation and measurement on the traditional houses in Chongqing area, confirmed the problems existing in the indoor light environment of the traditional dwellings in Chongqing area, and analyzed the reasons for these problems.
The fourth chapter puts forward the light environment optimization strategy. In order to solve the found problems in the theory and practical research, put forward light environment optimization strategy, and according to the type of lighting interface, interface and interface are divided into single lighting lighting class two, summed up the form of traditional light environment optimization technology strategy integration.
The fifth chapter: light environment optimization design example of Feng Rong Lu and residential estate. In the fourth chapter of the light environment optimization strategy integrated table as the guiding principle, the optimization design of light environment on the selected case. Selected node is representative of the detailed design, and to evaluate the design results, based on the evaluation results confirmed, reconstruction design can effectively improve the Feng Rong Lu and the old manor indoor light environment.
The sixth chapter: as the concluding part, the paper summarizes the optimization technology of the light environment of the traditional dwellings in Chongqing.
