再生骨料混凝土性能研究

【摘要】:再生骨料混凝土工程技術(shù),是將廢棄混凝土等建筑材料,經(jīng)破碎加工,制成粗細(xì)骨料,再用于生產(chǎn)混凝土的技術(shù),它既可以解決廢棄混凝土等建筑垃圾對(duì)環(huán)境污染的問題,還能節(jié)省天然骨料礦物資源的開采使用,避免對(duì)天然礦產(chǎn)資源的過度開發(fā)損耗,并能有效緩解骨料供求矛盾,社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境效益顯著。因此,本課題針對(duì)再生骨料混凝土,主要做了以下研究: (1)探討了再生粗骨料的生產(chǎn)工藝及其物理特性 再生骨料品質(zhì)差異是決定再生骨料混凝土和普通混凝土性能差別的根本性因素。從再生粗骨料生產(chǎn)工藝出發(fā),,探討了再生粗骨料的品質(zhì)特性。分析了其對(duì)混凝土性能的影響機(jī)理。 (2)選用水膠比從0.35到0.65的不同水膠比再生骨料混凝土與普通混凝土性能進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)比較,主要測試了混凝土的拌合物工作性能、力學(xué)性能及耐久性能,其中耐久性選取了以下指標(biāo):抗水滲透試驗(yàn)(滲水高度法)、抗凍試驗(yàn)(快凍法)、抗氯離子滲透試驗(yàn)(電通量法)、碳化試驗(yàn)(28d)、收縮試驗(yàn)。研究總結(jié)再生骨料對(duì)混凝土性能的影響規(guī)律。 (3)采用不同骨料取代比例(0,25%,50%,75%,100%),對(duì)再生骨料不同取代率的再生骨料混凝土拌合物施工性能、力學(xué)性能(抗壓強(qiáng)度)及耐久性能的進(jìn)行測試,分析總結(jié)再生骨料在混凝土應(yīng)用中的性能變化規(guī)律。 (4)再生混凝土在我司自建工程中的應(yīng)用分析,效果良好。
[Abstract]:The engineering technology of recycled aggregate concrete is the technology of crushing and processing waste concrete and other building materials, making coarse aggregate and then being used to produce concrete. It can not only solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by waste concrete and other construction waste, but also solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by waste concrete and other construction wastes. It can also save the exploitation and use of natural aggregate mineral resources, avoid over-exploitation and depletion of natural mineral resources, and effectively alleviate the contradiction between aggregate supply and demand, social, economic and environmental benefits. Therefore, this paper aims at recycled aggregate concrete. The following studies have been done:. 1) the production process and physical characteristics of recycled coarse aggregate were discussed. The quality difference of recycled aggregate is the fundamental factor to determine the difference between recycled aggregate concrete and ordinary concrete. The quality characteristics of recycled coarse aggregate are discussed and its influence mechanism on concrete performance is analyzed. (2) the performances of recycled aggregate concrete with different water-binder ratios from 0.35 to 0.65 are tested and compared with that of ordinary concrete. The performance, mechanical properties and durability of concrete are mainly tested. Among them, the durability selected the following indexes: water permeation test (percolation height test, freezing resistance test (quick freezing method), chloride ion permeation test (electric flux method, carbonation test, shrinkage test, etc.). The study summarized the effect of regenerated aggregate on coagulation. The influence of soil properties. (3) adopting different aggregate replacement ratios to test the construction performance, mechanical properties (compressive strength) and durability of recycled aggregate concrete with different replacement ratio of recycled aggregate. The performance change of recycled aggregate in concrete application is analyzed and summarized. The application analysis of recycled concrete in our self-built project shows good effect.
