【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著國(guó)家對(duì)建筑業(yè)的大力發(fā)展,建筑業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,全社會(huì)建筑業(yè)總產(chǎn)值和建筑業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)的利潤(rùn)總額依然有增無(wú)減。然而,建筑業(yè)高速發(fā)展的同時(shí)由于受到宏觀與微觀因素的影響也隨之產(chǎn)生出了一些財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),如果不能夠盡可能的及早發(fā)現(xiàn)與及時(shí)處理這些財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),后果將會(huì)是進(jìn)一步演變?yōu)樨?cái)務(wù)危機(jī),從而給建筑施工企業(yè)發(fā)展帶來(lái)嚴(yán)重的影響。因此,財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)與防范的研究在建筑施工企業(yè)中成為迫切需要解決的課題。本文詮釋了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的概念,解釋了財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的理論基礎(chǔ)。在此基礎(chǔ)上研究了建筑施工企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)及其防范,對(duì)企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的預(yù)測(cè)及防范有著重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。首先,本文在詮釋企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)理論的基礎(chǔ)上介紹了HC工程集團(tuán)的基本情況。其次,從國(guó)家宏觀調(diào)控,企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制等方面具體分析了HC工程集團(tuán)分公司財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的表現(xiàn)及成因。再次,從HC工程集團(tuán)分公司的籌資、投資、運(yùn)營(yíng)三大類方面以及其所具有的行業(yè)特點(diǎn)和所面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)選取了合適的財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo),通過改進(jìn)的功效系數(shù)法建立了HC工程集團(tuán)分公司的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)模型。然后,選取了其14家分公司進(jìn)行研究并對(duì)其結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,最后,基于財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)表現(xiàn)的分析和財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)證研究基礎(chǔ)上,分別從HC工程集團(tuán)本身的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制制度、成本、合同和施工安全管理方面進(jìn)行了討論研究并提出了HC工程集團(tuán)分公司財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的防范措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the vigorous development of the construction industry and the vigorous development of the construction industry, the gross output value of the construction industry and the total profits realized by the construction industry have continued unabated. The rapid development of the construction industry at the same time because of the impact of macro and micro factors has also resulted in some financial risks, if not as early as possible to detect and deal with these financial risks, The result will be a further financial crisis, which will have a serious impact on the development of construction enterprises. The research of financial risk assessment and prevention has become an urgent problem in construction enterprises. This paper explains the concept of risk and enterprise financial risk. This paper explains the theoretical basis of financial risk management. On this basis, it studies the evaluation and prevention of financial risk in construction enterprises, which has important theoretical value and practical significance for enterprise risk prediction and prevention. This paper introduces the basic situation of HC engineering group on the basis of explaining the theory of enterprise financial risk. The performance and causes of financial risk of HC engineering group branch are analyzed in detail from the aspects of enterprise internal control etc. Thirdly, from the financing and investment of HC engineering group branch, This paper selects the appropriate financial indexes for the three categories of operation, the characteristics of the industry and the risks faced by them, and establishes the financial risk evaluation model of HC engineering group through the improved efficiency coefficient method. Finally, based on the analysis of financial risk performance and financial risk evaluation empirical research, from the HC engineering group's own financial risk control system, cost, This paper discusses the contract and construction safety management and puts forward the measures to prevent the financial risk of HC engineering group branch.
