【摘要】：本文分析了中東鐵路站房建筑的歷史背景,因城市格局的發(fā)展變化及高速鐵路的不斷發(fā)展,使得中東鐵路沿線部分站房建筑面臨廢棄或拆毀,這些記錄人們特定時代歷史縮影的歷史建筑,由于維護(hù)或管理上的漏洞,令中東鐵路站房建筑的保護(hù)工作面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn)�？偨Y(jié)了中東鐵路站房建筑的現(xiàn)狀特征,即這些站房建筑無法保證滿足現(xiàn)代鐵路的發(fā)展需要,而自身透露的歷史氣息卻仍然具備巨大的文化價值和發(fā)展?jié)摿?文中按照再生使用的現(xiàn)狀將站房建筑進(jìn)行列舉分類。 通過參考國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的站房建筑實例,對中東鐵路站房建筑與現(xiàn)代鐵路站房建筑的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行對比,從時代的差異性、城市發(fā)展的局部調(diào)整及高速鐵路的促進(jìn)和制約三個方向剖析中東鐵路站房建筑再生過程中存在的問題。針對這些問題,從宏觀和微觀方向提出具體的再生策略和設(shè)計手法。通過詳盡的分析論述,為站房建筑再生環(huán)節(jié)可能出現(xiàn)的具體問題提出建議,從時代性、城市、鐵路等方面為再生設(shè)計提出具體策略,從表皮層級、結(jié)構(gòu)層級、功能層級、整體層級以及公共設(shè)施層級上,按照遞進(jìn)式推進(jìn)的形式對細(xì)節(jié)問題給出實例參考,期望在后續(xù)實踐中能夠提供參考。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the historical background of the railway station building in the Middle East. Due to the development of the urban pattern and the continuous development of the high-speed railway, some stations along the Middle East Railway are facing abandonment or demolition. These historical buildings, which record the history epitomization of people's specific times, are faced with great challenges for the protection of railway station building in the Middle East because of the loopholes in maintenance or management. This paper summarizes the current characteristics of railway building in the Middle East. That is, these buildings can not meet the needs of the development of modern railways, but the historical atmosphere revealed by themselves still has great cultural value and development potential. In this paper, according to the status quo of renewable use, the station building is listed and classified. By referring to the relevant examples of station building at home and abroad, this paper compares the connotation of railway station building in the Middle East with that of modern railway station building, and from the point of view of the difference of the times, The local adjustment of urban development and the promotion and restriction of high-speed railway are the three directions to analyze the problems existing in the regeneration process of railway station building in the Middle East. Put forward specific regeneration strategy and design technique from macro and micro direction. Through detailed analysis and discussion, put forward suggestions for concrete problems that may appear in regenerative link of station building, from time to time, city, From the aspects of surface layer, structure level, function level, whole level and public facility level, the paper puts forward some concrete strategies for regeneration design. Hope to provide reference in the follow-up practice.
