重慶地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)民居通風(fēng)優(yōu)化策略研究

【摘要】:論文的選題來源于“十二五”課題《山地傳統(tǒng)民居文化空間更新利用與物理環(huán)境優(yōu)化關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與示范》(課題編號(hào)2013BAJ11B4)下的課題研究,通過優(yōu)化傳統(tǒng)民居的室內(nèi)通風(fēng),改善夏季室內(nèi)熱環(huán)境!笆濉币(guī)劃綱要指出,要改善農(nóng)村的生產(chǎn)生活條件。適應(yīng)農(nóng)村人口轉(zhuǎn)移的新形勢,堅(jiān)持因地制宜,尊重村民意愿,突出地域和農(nóng)村特色,保護(hù)特色文化風(fēng)貌,合理引導(dǎo)農(nóng)村住宅和居民點(diǎn)建設(shè)。目前,農(nóng)村正向“三集中”模式發(fā)展,,即住房向社區(qū)集中,工業(yè)向園區(qū)集中,土地向規(guī)模集中。在農(nóng)村住房集中過程中,依舊存留大量的農(nóng)村傳統(tǒng)住房,這些住房比較老舊,內(nèi)部環(huán)境不佳,因此,當(dāng)前最緊要與最迫切的是改善農(nóng)村傳統(tǒng)民居的居住條件。 本文以重慶地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)民居為研究對(duì)象,通過疏理傳統(tǒng)民居的通風(fēng)理論、形成背景與通風(fēng)做法,發(fā)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)民居室內(nèi)通風(fēng)有三問題,首先,重慶傳統(tǒng)民居雖然比較透氣,但實(shí)際通風(fēng)效果并不理想,缺乏有效的熱壓通風(fēng);其次,傳統(tǒng)民居中透氣的建筑構(gòu)造無法適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代生活的建筑能耗,如何降低空調(diào)能耗已成為一大問題;最后,傳統(tǒng)民居的衛(wèi)生條件較差,室內(nèi)比較潮濕,農(nóng)村地區(qū)還存在畜圈的臭氣等。為此,筆者通過對(duì)重慶周邊多地村鎮(zhèn)的實(shí)地調(diào)研,運(yùn)用了現(xiàn)場訪談、問卷調(diào)查與現(xiàn)場實(shí)測的手段,總結(jié)了傳統(tǒng)民居的通風(fēng)優(yōu)化策略原則:首先,以風(fēng)貌保護(hù)為前提;其次,通風(fēng)優(yōu)化適應(yīng)能耗要求;最后,通風(fēng)優(yōu)化要利用傳統(tǒng)元素。同時(shí),進(jìn)一步證實(shí)了部分傳統(tǒng)民居的通風(fēng)存在上述問題其中,以江津區(qū)龍?zhí)链宓膫鹘y(tǒng)民居通風(fēng)問題尤為嚴(yán)重,因此,課題組將龍?zhí)链宓膬蓷澋湫兔窬佣橹攸c(diǎn)示范點(diǎn),亦是論文的重點(diǎn)通風(fēng)優(yōu)化對(duì)象。 在理論疏理與現(xiàn)場調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,論文對(duì)傳統(tǒng)民居通風(fēng)優(yōu)化提出了以下策略:自然通風(fēng)策略、強(qiáng)化豎井通風(fēng)策略、利用天然冷源通風(fēng)策略與輔助機(jī)械通風(fēng)策略。并在通風(fēng)優(yōu)化策略的指導(dǎo)原則下,利用上述策略對(duì)龍?zhí)链宓膬蓷澋湫蛡鹘y(tǒng)民居進(jìn)行通風(fēng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),證實(shí)了通風(fēng)策略對(duì)傳統(tǒng)民居的適宜性與合理性。優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)民居的風(fēng)貌、功能、結(jié)構(gòu)等特點(diǎn)總結(jié)歸納了通風(fēng)策略的集成技術(shù),期望為今后重慶地區(qū)同類型傳統(tǒng)民居的通風(fēng)優(yōu)化提供一個(gè)可參照優(yōu)化模板。
[Abstract]:The topic of this paper comes from the research of "the 12th Five-Year Plan", "the key Technology and demonstration of the Renewal and Utilization of the Cultural Space and the Optimization of the physical Environment of the traditional Residential buildings in Mountain areas" (subject No. 2013BAJ11B4), by optimizing the indoor ventilation of the traditional folk houses. To improve the indoor thermal environment in summer. The outline of the 12th Five-Year Plan states that it is necessary to improve the production and living conditions in rural areas, adapt to the new situation of rural population transfer, persist in responding to local conditions, respect the wishes of villagers, and highlight regional and rural characteristics. At present, the rural areas are developing in the mode of "three concentration", that is, housing to the community, industry to the park, land to the scale. There are still a large number of traditional houses in rural areas, which are old and poor. Therefore, the most urgent and urgent thing is to improve the living conditions of traditional houses in rural areas. This paper takes the traditional residence in Chongqing area as the research object, forms the background and the ventilation method through the ventilation theory of the traditional residence, finds that there are three problems in the indoor ventilation of the traditional residence. First, although the traditional residence in Chongqing is relatively breathable, But the actual ventilation effect is not ideal, the lack of effective hot pressure ventilation; secondly, the traditional residential buildings can not adapt to the building energy consumption of modern life, how to reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning has become a major problem. The sanitary conditions of traditional residential buildings are poor, the indoor rooms are relatively humid, and the stink of livestock circles still exists in rural areas. Therefore, through the field investigation of many villages and towns around Chongqing, the author has used the means of field interview, questionnaire investigation and field measurement. This paper summarizes the principles of ventilation optimization strategy of traditional residential buildings: firstly, it takes the protection of style and features as the premise; secondly, ventilation optimization adapts to the requirements of energy consumption; finally, ventilation optimization should utilize traditional elements. At the same time, It is further confirmed that the ventilation of some traditional houses has the above problems, especially in the Longtang Village of Jiang Jin District. Therefore, the two typical houses in Longtang Village are regarded as the key demonstration sites by the research group. It is also the key ventilation optimization object of the paper. On the basis of theoretical research and field investigation, the paper puts forward the following strategies for ventilation optimization of traditional residential buildings: natural ventilation strategy, strengthening ventilation strategy of shaft, Using natural cold source ventilation strategy and auxiliary mechanical ventilation strategy, and under the guidance of ventilation optimization strategy, the ventilation optimization design of two typical traditional houses in Longtang Village is carried out. This paper proves the suitability and rationality of ventilation strategy to traditional residence, and summarizes the integrated technology of ventilation strategy according to the characteristics of traditional residence, such as style, function, structure and so on. It is expected to provide a referential optimization template for ventilation optimization of the same type of traditional residential buildings in Chongqing area in the future.
