竹地板表面粉末涂料噴涂工藝研究

【摘要】:本文采用透明環(huán)氧聚酯粉末涂料,在經(jīng)砂磨、預(yù)熱竹地板基材上進行靜電噴涂、固化和涂層拋光等工序,采用漆膜多用檢測儀等儀器對涂膜性能進行了測定,并借助超景深三維顯微鏡從微觀角度觀測了涂膜層表觀效果及內(nèi)部固化結(jié)構(gòu)特征。結(jié)果表明:(1)預(yù)熱溫度和表面含水率對竹地板基材表面電阻存在著協(xié)同作用,將其放置于90℃的恒溫干燥箱中預(yù)熱15 min,其表面含水率達(dá)到6.5%,表面電阻為6.94×108Ω,取出粉末靜電噴涂,在160℃/6 min紅外燈下固化,制得透明涂飾竹地板試樣。涂膜外觀質(zhì)量好,保持原有的紋理和質(zhì)感,涂膜硬度為2H,附著力等級為1級,無劃痕,耐磨性225轉(zhuǎn),耐咖啡漬污染,符合我國木器涂飾相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。(2)超景深顯微鏡觀測到試樣涂膜表面平整,均勻,沒有水泡、針孔產(chǎn)生,涂膜內(nèi)部也反應(yīng)完全,未見粉末顆粒,固化后的涂料結(jié)構(gòu)緊致,質(zhì)地堅韌,涂膜表面平均高度僅為34.85μm。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a transparent epoxy polyester powder coating was used in the process of electrostatic spraying, curing and coating polishing on the substrates of sanded and preheated bamboo floors.The performance of the coatings was measured by means of a multi-purpose tester, etc. The apparent effect and internal curing structure of the coating layer were observed from the microscopic point of view with the help of the three dimensional hyperfield microscope. The results showed that the preheating temperature and the surface moisture content had synergistic effects on the surface resistance of the bamboo floor. The surface moisture content is 6.5 and the surface resistance is 6.94 脳 10 ~ 8 惟. The powder is sprayed by electrostatic spraying and solidified under 160 鈩,
