基于等溫吸附的水泥基孔隙材料水分傳輸過程

【摘要】:討論了水泥基孔隙材料水分傳輸?shù)闹饕獧C理,建立了孔隙水分傳輸?shù)亩嘞嗪秃喕P汀y試了膠凝材料含有70%礦渣的凈漿和砂漿材料的等溫吸附與脫附曲線(WVSI),得到了孔隙材料的水分特征曲線。利用水分傳輸模型對等溫吸附實驗脫附過程的實驗數(shù)據(jù)進行回歸,得到材料的本征滲透率。結(jié)果表明:在相對濕度h=60%時,兩個模型的回歸結(jié)果相近;在相對濕度h=18%時,兩個模型的回歸結(jié)果相差較大;簡化模型僅適用于中等濕度(h=60%)及以上環(huán)境中水分傳輸過程的描述;基于等溫吸附曲線數(shù)據(jù),利用模型回歸水泥基材料本征滲透率的方法基本可行。
[Abstract]:The main mechanism of water transport in cement based porous materials is discussed. The multiphase and simplified model of pore water transport was established, and the isothermal adsorption and desorption curves of cement material containing 70% slag were measured, and the water characteristic curve of pore material was obtained. The model was used to regress the experimental data of the desorption process of isothermal adsorption. The results show that the regression results of the two models are similar when the relative humidity is 60 and the regression results of the two models are quite different when the relative humidity is 18. The simplified model is only suitable for describing the water transport process in the medium humidity and above environment. Based on the isothermal adsorption curve data, the method of regression to the intrinsic permeability of cement-based materials by the model is basically feasible.
