多功能家用熱泵空調(diào)器實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:國(guó)內(nèi)家用熱泵空調(diào)器能耗和生活熱水能耗日益升高,已經(jīng)成為兩項(xiàng)最大的建筑能耗。本文基于夏季空調(diào)冷凝熱回收制取生活熱水的原理,提出了一個(gè)具有7種獨(dú)立運(yùn)行模式,可全年連續(xù)運(yùn)行的多功能家用熱泵空調(diào)器。7種運(yùn)行模式分別為:?jiǎn)为?dú)制冷、制冷兼制熱水、單獨(dú)制熱水、單獨(dú)供熱、供熱兼制熱水、除濕和除霜模式。一機(jī)多用,提高了設(shè)備利用率,且節(jié)約能耗、減少環(huán)境污染。 分析了現(xiàn)有一些空調(diào)熱水系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題,介紹了多功能家用熱泵空調(diào)系統(tǒng)原理,并進(jìn)行了理論計(jì)算,設(shè)計(jì)出了各個(gè)模式的系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行流程,,對(duì)系統(tǒng)各個(gè)部件進(jìn)行了匹配計(jì)算,并給出了經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式,方便以后產(chǎn)品的系列化生產(chǎn)。搭建了實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),依照實(shí)驗(yàn)方案,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,如可行性、可靠性及系統(tǒng)啟動(dòng)、運(yùn)行特性等等。并根據(jù)測(cè)試儀器精度,分析了系統(tǒng)測(cè)試中產(chǎn)生的誤差。 通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn),確定了實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行模式并完善了相應(yīng)的控制策略。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在合理的控制策略下,該多功能家用熱泵空調(diào)器是可以連續(xù)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的。既能滿足全年制冷、供熱、除濕等功能,又能提供生活熱水,同時(shí)還有夜間低能耗模式。該系統(tǒng)具有性能系數(shù)COP高,啟動(dòng)快,夏季制熱水時(shí)間短等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。因此,本文所設(shè)計(jì)的適合家庭使用的多功能家用熱泵空調(diào)器具有廣闊的市場(chǎng)前景。 由于實(shí)驗(yàn)條件和時(shí)間等因素的限制,導(dǎo)致本文的實(shí)驗(yàn)還存在一些不足之處,實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)參數(shù)的精確定量測(cè)量以及除霜時(shí)間的確定等還需要進(jìn)一步測(cè)試和研究。但本文的目的在于驗(yàn)證空調(diào)冷凝熱回收制取生活熱水的可行性,為多功能家用熱泵空調(diào)器的生產(chǎn)提供理論依據(jù),為產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)化提供參考。 本課題為“十二五”國(guó)家科技支撐計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目課題《典型氣候區(qū)既有居住建筑綠色化改造技術(shù)研究與工程示范》(No.2012BAJ06B02)的部分內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:The energy consumption of domestic domestic heat pump air conditioner and the energy consumption of domestic hot water are rising , which has become the two largest energy consumption . In this paper , a multi - function domestic heat pump air conditioner with 7 independent operating modes and continuous operation in the whole year is put forward . This paper analyzes the existing problems of some existing air - conditioning hot - water systems , introduces the principle of multi - function domestic heat pump air - conditioning system , and makes theoretical calculation , designs the system operation flow of each mode , calculates the matching of each part of the system , and gives the experimental system . According to the experimental scheme , the system is tested , such as feasibility , reliability , system startup , operating characteristics , etc . The error generated in the system test is analyzed according to the accuracy of the test instrument . The experimental results show that the multi - function domestic heat pump air conditioner can be operated continuously and stably under a reasonable control strategy . The experimental results show that the multi - function domestic heat pump air conditioner has the advantages of high performance coefficient COP , quick start - up , short hot water heating time and the like under the reasonable control strategy , and therefore , the multifunctional domestic heat pump air conditioner designed by the household heat pump has wide market prospect . Due to the limitations of experimental conditions and time factors , there are some shortcomings in the experiment , the precise quantitative measurement of experimental system parameters and the determination of defrosting time need further testing and research , but the purpose of this paper is to verify the feasibility of the heat recovery of air conditioning condensation heat recovery and provide theoretical basis for the production of multi - functional domestic heat pump air conditioner . This project is part of the research and engineering demonstration project ( No.2012BAJ06B02 ) for the project of the National Science and Technology Support Plan Project of the 12th Five - Year Plan .
