東勝西郊220kV變電站工程質(zhì)量管理評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:電力工業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中最重要的基礎(chǔ)能源產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,而變電站是電網(wǎng)建設(shè)中輸電和配電的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)之一,在整個(gè)電網(wǎng)工程中是至關(guān)重要的。其工程質(zhì)量水平將對(duì)整個(gè)電網(wǎng)安全、穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行產(chǎn)生直接影響,從而影響社會(huì)正常的生產(chǎn)生活,所以對(duì)變電站工程質(zhì)量進(jìn)行全面評(píng)價(jià)研究是非常必要的。本文以東勝西郊220KV變電站工程為例,構(gòu)建了變電站工程質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)工程整體質(zhì)量狀況進(jìn)行全面評(píng)價(jià)。具體研究?jī)?nèi)容主要分為以下五個(gè)部分。首先文章全面梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于變電站工程質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),分析和總結(jié)了目前關(guān)于變電站工程質(zhì)量管理的現(xiàn)狀和研究方向。之后詳細(xì)闡述了變電站工程質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)理論,并結(jié)合這些基礎(chǔ)理論介紹了一般分析變電站工程質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)方法,經(jīng)過比較后選擇了德爾菲法及模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)相結(jié)合的方法。根據(jù)指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建原則,首先通過文獻(xiàn)統(tǒng)計(jì),初步構(gòu)建了東勝西郊220KV變電站工程質(zhì)量管理評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,然后通過專家討論構(gòu)建了由3個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)和10個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)構(gòu)成的東勝西郊220KV變電站工程質(zhì)量管理評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,參照所構(gòu)建的指標(biāo)體系,全面介紹東勝西郊220KV變電站工程質(zhì)量管理評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)測(cè)度內(nèi)容,以便專家進(jìn)行打分。在介紹了東勝西郊220KV變電站的總體概況后,我們利用德爾菲法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,并根據(jù)指標(biāo)測(cè)度內(nèi)容構(gòu)建了指標(biāo)隸屬度評(píng)價(jià)矩陣;利用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)東勝西郊220KV變電站工程質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并分析了評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Power industry is one of the most important basic energy industries in the development of national economy, and substation is one of the key links of transmission and distribution in power grid construction. The level of engineering quality will have a direct impact on the safety and stability of the whole power grid, thus affecting the normal production and life of the society. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the comprehensive evaluation of substation project quality. Taking 220KV substation project in the western suburb of Dongsheng as an example, this paper constructs the evaluation index system and evaluation model of substation engineering quality. The concrete research content is divided into the following five parts. Firstly, the paper comprehensively combs the relevant documents about substation engineering quality management at home and abroad. This paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation and research direction of substation engineering quality management, and then expounds the relevant theories of substation engineering quality management in detail. Combined with these basic theories, this paper introduces the relevant methods of general analysis of substation engineering quality management, and after comparison, chooses the method of combining Delphi method with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. According to the principle of index system construction, firstly, through literature statistics, The evaluation index system of 220KV substation project quality management in the western suburb of Dongsheng is preliminarily constructed, and then the evaluation index system of 220KV substation project quality management in the western suburb of Dongsheng is constructed by expert discussion, which consists of 3 first-class indexes and 10 second-class indexes. Referring to the index system, this paper introduces comprehensively the evaluation index content of 220 KV substation project quality management in the western suburb of Dongsheng, so that experts can score it. After introducing the general situation of 220 KV substation in the western suburb of Dongsheng, The index weight is determined by Delphi method, and the evaluation matrix of index membership degree is constructed according to the content of index measure, and the quality management of 220KV substation in the western suburb of Dongsheng is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the evaluation results are analyzed.
