海洋石油平臺超長樁拒錘分析及工程實例

【摘要】:樁基礎是海洋石油平臺常用的基礎形式,受海上環(huán)境的限制通常分段制造、運輸和錘擊貫入,各樁段通過焊接連為整體,若接樁等造成停錘時間較長,后繼打樁可能產(chǎn)生拒錘現(xiàn)象。打樁過程中樁周土體會積累很大的超靜孔隙水壓力,使樁周一定范圍內(nèi)土體發(fā)生水力劈裂現(xiàn)象,導致樁周土體排水固結(jié)及強度恢復速度加快,停錘時間越長,土體強度恢復程度越大,造成后繼打樁困難甚至拒錘。提出了一種通過疲勞因子β考慮停錘期間土體強度的恢復,利用GRLWEAP軟件計算后繼打樁貫入所需錘擊數(shù)并判斷拒錘風險的分析方法。將工程實例和實測結(jié)果進行了對比,文中方法計算得到后繼打樁貫入錘擊數(shù)和實測值接近,表明其可行且應用性較強,可為工程設計和施工提供指導。
[Abstract]:Pile foundation is a common foundation form of offshore oil platform. Limited by marine environment, it is usually manufactured in sections, transported and hammered in, each pile section is connected as a whole by welding, and if the pile is connected, the hammer stop time is longer. During the piling process, the soil around the pile accumulates a very large excess pore water pressure, which causes hydraulic fracturing in the soil around the pile, which results in the acceleration of the drainage consolidation and strength recovery of the soil around the pile. The longer the hammer stop time, the greater the recovery degree of soil strength, which leads to the difficulty of subsequent piling and even refusing hammer. This paper proposes a method to consider the recovery of soil strength during hammer stopping by fatigue factor 尾. The method of calculating the number of hammering and judging the risk of rejection hammer by using GRLWEAP software is used to calculate the number of hammering and to judge the risk of rejection hammer. By comparing the engineering examples with the measured results, the method is used to calculate the number of penetration hammers and the measured values are close to each other. It shows that it is feasible and applicable, and can provide guidance for engineering design and construction.
