【摘要】：改革開放以來，我國以自身?xiàng)l件為依托，以國際形勢為契機(jī)，經(jīng)濟(jì)體制不斷改革，經(jīng)濟(jì)模式不斷轉(zhuǎn)換，我國的GDP始終維持高速增長的態(tài)勢，走出了一條成功的有中國特色的社會主義道路。尤其是近年來，國民收入水平與消費(fèi)水平有了明顯的提高，隨著我國的城市化建設(shè)持續(xù)推進(jìn),工業(yè)用房、商業(yè)用房、民用建筑及城市配套等的需求急劇上升，建筑行業(yè)進(jìn)入了一個黃金白銀的時代。但在過去的三十多年，，由于經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、發(fā)展水平和社會形態(tài)等各種原因，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護(hù)呈反比，近幾年來由于環(huán)境破壞造成的惡果已經(jīng)日益顯現(xiàn)，國民的環(huán)保意識也在日益加強(qiáng)。發(fā)展綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)，建立節(jié)約型社會，是可持續(xù)發(fā)展的唯一出路。在建設(shè)節(jié)約型社會，建筑領(lǐng)域應(yīng)采取積極行動，由于建筑垃圾和廢物及所浪費(fèi)的能源在建筑施工階段產(chǎn)生的破壞力，對環(huán)境造成很大的影響，但要實(shí)現(xiàn)建設(shè)領(lǐng)域的綠色建筑和節(jié)能建筑，就必須要有一套對施工階段的施工行為進(jìn)行評價的切實(shí)可行的評價工具。于是，必需加快施工階段綠色施工評價體系的建立,從而達(dá)到“節(jié)能、節(jié)地、節(jié)水、節(jié)材、環(huán)境保護(hù)”（四節(jié)一環(huán)保）的要求。 綠色建筑是在建筑的全壽命周期內(nèi),最大限度地節(jié)約資源、保護(hù)環(huán)境和減少污染,為人們提供健康、適用和高效的使用空間,與自然和諧共生的建筑。而建筑施工階段是對造成環(huán)境影響最直接也是最明顯的一個階段。所以,在建筑行業(yè)推廣應(yīng)用綠色施工,對于我國的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具備重要的意義。 本文首先介紹綠色施工方面的相關(guān)理論知識，即綠色建筑和綠色施工的涵義，以便對綠色施工有更加深入的理解；其次介紹綠色建筑施工的綜合評價方法，本文運(yùn)用層次分析法（AHP）和模糊綜合評價法針對建筑工程的施工實(shí)踐，對各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行綜合評價分析，確定綠色施工評價等級，證明了其實(shí)用可行性。本文章所研究的內(nèi)容對綠色建筑施工的發(fā)展具有一定的指導(dǎo)和參考意義。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has been relying on its own conditions, taking the international situation as an opportunity, constantly reforming its economic system and changing its economic model. China's GDP has always maintained a trend of rapid growth. We have found a successful socialist road with Chinese characteristics. In particular, in recent years, the level of national income and consumption has increased markedly. With the continuous development of urbanization in our country, industrial and commercial houses have been used. The demand for civil buildings and urban accessories has risen sharply, and the construction industry has entered an era of gold and silver. However, in the past 30 years, due to various reasons such as economic structure, level of development and social formation, Economic development is inversely proportional to environmental protection. In recent years, the adverse effects caused by environmental damage have become increasingly apparent, and the people's awareness of environmental protection has also been strengthened day by day. The only way out for sustainable development. In building a conservation-oriented society, positive action should be taken in the field of construction, which has a significant impact on the environment because of the destructive power of construction waste and waste and wasted energy during the construction phase, But in order to realize the green building and energy-saving building in the construction field, we must have a set of practical evaluation tools to evaluate the construction behavior in the construction phase. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up the establishment of the green construction evaluation system in the construction phase. In order to achieve "energy-saving, land-saving, water-saving, material-saving, environmental protection" (four section one environmental protection) requirements. Green building is to save resources, protect environment and reduce pollution to the maximum extent in the whole life cycle of building, and provide healthy, applicable and efficient space for people to use. The construction stage is the most direct and obvious stage of environmental impact. Therefore, it is of great significance to promote the application of green construction in the construction industry for the sustainable development of our country. This paper first introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of green construction, that is, the meaning of green building and green construction, in order to have a deeper understanding of green construction, and then introduces the comprehensive evaluation method of green building construction. In this paper, AHP (Analytic hierarchy process) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are applied to the construction practice of building engineering. The comprehensive evaluation and analysis of each index are carried out to determine the evaluation grade of green construction. It proves its practical feasibility. The contents of this paper have certain guiding and reference significance for the development of green building construction.
