【摘要】：與傳統(tǒng)私家庭院及城市庭院不同，農(nóng)村庭院注重經(jīng)濟效益，具有生產(chǎn)功能及生產(chǎn)空間等自身特征。但由于中國的發(fā)展一直以城市為重心，城鄉(xiāng)長期處在二元對立的狀態(tài)，農(nóng)村庭院一直未得到學術界的普遍關注。近年來，隨著社會的轉型和城鎮(zhèn)化建設的加速，農(nóng)村庭院出現(xiàn)了新的變化與新的問題。作者在對徐州農(nóng)村典型庭院調(diào)查研究的基礎上，總結徐州農(nóng)村庭院出現(xiàn)的問題、發(fā)展脈絡及影響因素。目前由于片面重視庭院經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，忽略庭院的生態(tài)效益以及盲目模仿城市致使鄉(xiāng)土特色缺失，農(nóng)村庭院出現(xiàn)了諸多的問題。通過分析可以認識到，在相同的自然地理條件下，庭院經(jīng)濟對庭院起到了決定性的影響作用。而生產(chǎn)因素、政策因素和經(jīng)濟體制因素等三個因素對庭院經(jīng)濟由起決定性作用影響庭院的變遷，從而決定了庭院的發(fā)展變化。此外，，生活方式、交通、居住條件以及農(nóng)村文化等也在一定程度上影響了庭院的發(fā)展。本文在對農(nóng)村庭院發(fā)展脈絡研究的基礎上，提出徐州地區(qū)農(nóng)村庭院的發(fā)展趨勢，即多元化、全面化發(fā)展；集約化、專業(yè)化發(fā)展以及向鄉(xiāng)土化、生態(tài)化發(fā)展。 在農(nóng)村庭院發(fā)展脈絡研究的基礎上，作者根據(jù)庭院經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展狀況將地區(qū)農(nóng)村庭院劃分為傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)型庭院、經(jīng)濟生產(chǎn)型庭院和體驗生產(chǎn)型庭院等三種類型。三類庭院都面臨諸多問題，作者結合不同類型庭院發(fā)展趨勢分析，探討各類庭院景觀的問題及解決方法，并對庭院的規(guī)劃設計提出具體的建議。 本文希望通過對農(nóng)村庭院的研究促使人們對農(nóng)村居住狀況的關注，為庭院的改善提供一定的技術與理論支撐。
[Abstract]:Different from the traditional private courtyard and the urban courtyard, the rural courtyard pays attention to the economic benefit, and has the characteristics of production function and production space. However, since the development of China has always focused on the city, the urban and rural areas have been in a state of dualistic opposition for a long time. In recent years, with the social transformation and the acceleration of urbanization, new changes and problems have appeared in the rural courtyard. Based on the investigation and research of the typical rural courtyard in Xuzhou, This paper summarizes the problems existing in the rural courtyard of Xuzhou, the development context and the influencing factors. At present, due to the one-sided emphasis on the development of the courtyard economy, the neglect of the ecological benefit of the courtyard and the blind imitation of the city, the local characteristics are missing. There are many problems in the rural courtyard. Through analysis, we can realize that the courtyard economy has a decisive effect on the courtyard under the same natural geographical conditions. Three factors, policy factors and economic system factors, play a decisive role in the change of courtyard economy, which determines the development of courtyard. In addition, life style, transportation, The living conditions and rural culture also affect the development of the courtyard to some extent. Based on the study of the development of the rural courtyard, this paper puts forward the development trend of the rural courtyard in Xuzhou area, that is, diversification, comprehensive development, intensive development, and so on. Professional development and to the local, ecological development. On the basis of the research on the development of rural courtyard, the author divides the rural courtyard into traditional productive courtyard according to the development of courtyard economy. There are three types of economic production courtyard and experiential productive courtyard. The three kinds of courtyard are faced with many problems. The author analyzes the development trend of different types of courtyard, and discusses the problems and solutions of all kinds of courtyard landscape. And put forward the concrete suggestion to the courtyard planning and design. This paper hopes to promote people to pay attention to the rural living conditions through the study of rural courtyard, and to provide some technical and theoretical support for the improvement of the courtyard.
