【摘要】：綠道在美國(guó)有著上百年的發(fā)展歷史,近二十年來(lái)逐漸在世界范圍內(nèi)形成綠道運(yùn)動(dòng)。中國(guó)自2009年以來(lái),綠道規(guī)劃建設(shè)從廣東省開(kāi)始逐漸在全國(guó)呈蔓延之勢(shì)。綠道在中國(guó)作為舶來(lái)概念,其建設(shè)組織模式、理論技術(shù)支撐、規(guī)劃的技術(shù)路線等問(wèn)題尚未經(jīng)過(guò)深入的研究探討和中國(guó)化,幾年之內(nèi)就在中國(guó)各地作為一個(gè)普適概念而遍地開(kāi)花,其合理性與科學(xué)性有探討與研究的必要性。本文對(duì)綠道的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展、內(nèi)涵、理論基礎(chǔ)、規(guī)劃建設(shè)方式方法、管理組織模式等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)全面的研究,并對(duì)照中國(guó)當(dāng)前的相關(guān)研究,地方政府出臺(tái)的技術(shù)指引和已經(jīng)規(guī)劃建設(shè)并付諸實(shí)施的綠道案例,尋求探討中國(guó)當(dāng)前綠道構(gòu)建各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)中的具體問(wèn)題,并結(jié)合中國(guó)的行政體制、傳統(tǒng)哲學(xué)、區(qū)域差異等要素來(lái)研究如何構(gòu)建適合中國(guó)國(guó)情的綠道。緒論部分首先介紹論文研究目的、主要內(nèi)容和結(jié)構(gòu)等。第二章是相關(guān)的研究文獻(xiàn)綜述,其中第二章第一部分主要介紹綠道理論基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),對(duì)綠道的歷史發(fā)展及不同的概念內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行回顧與分析；第二部分對(duì)中國(guó)綠道相關(guān)的研究與實(shí)際案例進(jìn)行調(diào)研與分析,并對(duì)中國(guó)綠道目前實(shí)際建設(shè)中的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行歸納與總結(jié)。第三、四、五章是論述主體,從組織模式、理論模式、規(guī)劃模式、設(shè)計(jì)模式、管理模式五大板塊深入分析論述美國(guó)與歐洲的綠道構(gòu)建模式,并結(jié)合中國(guó)在這五個(gè)方面的具體情況來(lái)探討綠道構(gòu)建的中國(guó)模式。第六章是實(shí)證研究,分別結(jié)合江蘇省內(nèi)的三個(gè)具體項(xiàng)目,來(lái)驗(yàn)證區(qū)域合作的綠道組織模式,生態(tài)導(dǎo)向的多目標(biāo)綠道規(guī)劃模式和體現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)土文化的綠道設(shè)計(jì)模式。結(jié)語(yǔ)部分對(duì)全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并指出了本文研究存在的不足之處。
[Abstract]:Green Road has a history of more than a hundred years in the United States. In the past two decades, the Green Road Movement has gradually formed in the world. The planning and construction of green roads has gradually spread throughout the country from Guangdong Province. As an imported concept in China, the construction organization mode, theory and technology support, and the planned technical route of green road have not been thoroughly studied and discussed in China. In a few years, as a universal concept, it is necessary to probe into and study the rationality and scientific nature of the concept. This paper discusses the emergence, development, connotation, theoretical basis, planning and construction methods of the Green Road. Conduct a systematic and comprehensive study on such issues as the management organization model, and compare with the current relevant studies in China, the technical guidelines issued by local governments and the green road cases that have been planned and constructed and put into practice. Seeking to explore the specific problems in the construction of China's current green road, and combining with China's administrative system and traditional philosophy, The introduction part first introduces the purpose, main content and structure of the paper. The second chapter is the related literature review. The second chapter mainly introduces the basic knowledge of green road theory, reviews and analyzes the historical development and different conceptual connotations of green road; the second part investigates and analyzes the related research and actual cases of green road in China. The third, fourth, and fifth chapters discuss the main body, from the organizational model, the theoretical model, the planning model, the design model. The five major parts of management mode deeply analyze and discuss the green road construction mode in the United States and Europe, and discuss the Chinese model of green road construction according to the specific situation of China in these five aspects. Chapter 6th is an empirical study. Combined with three specific projects in Jiangsu Province, respectively, to verify the green road organization model of regional cooperation, the eco-oriented multi-objective green road planning model and the green road design model reflecting the local culture. And pointed out the shortcomings of this study.
