基于核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的北京市低資質(zhì)施工企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:摘要:隨著北京建筑行業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的國(guó)有大型建筑企業(yè)、外地建筑企業(yè)進(jìn)駐北京,建筑市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈。作為北京市建筑行業(yè)的生力軍,北京市屬二三級(jí)資質(zhì)企業(yè)大多數(shù)缺乏持續(xù)發(fā)展的核心優(yōu)勢(shì),市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力差,市場(chǎng)份額很低。因此,低資質(zhì)企業(yè)需要從企業(yè)內(nèi)部挖掘競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),制定配套的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,培育企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,促進(jìn)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文以北京市二三級(jí)資質(zhì)施工總承包企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)調(diào)研走訪,對(duì)企業(yè)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,認(rèn)識(shí)到低資質(zhì)企業(yè)面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的嚴(yán)峻性。為了提升低資質(zhì)施工企業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,提出低資質(zhì)企業(yè)通過(guò)培育和發(fā)展企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,來(lái)增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的必要性和重要性。文章首先從企業(yè)資源、經(jīng)營(yíng)能力、管理能力、企業(yè)文化四方面分析構(gòu)成建筑施工企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的指標(biāo)因素,從而構(gòu)建指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)體系,采用專家打分法獲得指標(biāo)權(quán)重,形成低資質(zhì)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)模型。然后,分析了低資質(zhì)與高資質(zhì)企業(yè)在選擇核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力上的區(qū)別,并給出低資質(zhì)施工企業(yè)根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果如何來(lái)確定企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合北京市低資質(zhì)施工企業(yè)的總體情況,提出企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力培育的幾個(gè)主要方向,并基于核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力來(lái)制定具體的戰(zhàn)略,為北京市低資質(zhì)施工企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定提供借鑒。最后以北京市T公司作為實(shí)例,詳細(xì)分析了企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的確定,并以核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力為基礎(chǔ)制定企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the rapid development of Beijing construction industry, more and more large state-owned construction enterprises, foreign construction enterprises stationed in Beijing, the construction market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Most of the second-third-level qualified enterprises in Beijing lack the core advantages of sustained development, poor market competitiveness and low market share. Therefore, low-qualified enterprises need to tap their competitive advantages from within the enterprise and formulate a supporting enterprise strategy. Cultivate the core competitiveness of enterprises, promote the promotion of market competitiveness, and realize the sustainable development of enterprises. This paper takes the construction general contracting enterprise of the second and third grade qualification of Beijing as the research object, through the investigation and visit, it analyzes the internal and external environment of the enterprise. Recognizing the seriousness of the internal and external environment faced by low-qualified enterprises. In order to enhance the market competitiveness of low-qualified construction enterprises, it is proposed that low-qualified enterprises should foster and develop their core competitiveness, Firstly, the paper analyzes the index factors that constitute the core competitiveness of construction enterprises from four aspects: enterprise resources, management ability, management ability and corporate culture. Thus, the index evaluation system is constructed, and the index weight is obtained by using expert scoring method, and the evaluation model of core competitiveness of low qualification enterprises is formed. Then, the difference between low qualification and high qualification enterprises in selecting core competence is analyzed. On the basis of this, combining with the overall situation of the low-qualified construction enterprises in Beijing, this paper puts forward several main directions for the cultivation of the core competence of the enterprises. And based on the core competitiveness to formulate specific strategies to provide a reference for the development strategy of low-qualified construction enterprises in Beijing. Finally, taking Beijing T Company as an example, the determination of core competitiveness of enterprises is analyzed in detail. And to the core competitiveness as the basis for the formulation of enterprise development strategy.
