【摘要】：提出大型土建工程管理中成本控制增益均衡模型,利用土建工程相關(guān)施工數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)施工建設(shè)做成本預(yù)估,建立成本控制增益均衡模型,通過(guò)預(yù)估數(shù)據(jù)與實(shí)際成本誤差進(jìn)行增益均衡計(jì)算,使工程成本控制得到最小誤差值的過(guò)程。仿真試驗(yàn)表明,這種增益均衡算法更能有效的提高土建工成本管理的效率,同時(shí)降低成本管理的誤差,以最有效最合理的方法,對(duì)成本進(jìn)行預(yù)算,有效的為土建工程的管理提供更好的保障。
[Abstract]:The cost control gain equalization model is put forward in the management of large scale civil engineering. Using the construction data related to civil engineering, the cost of construction construction is estimated, and the cost control gain equalization model is established. Through the calculation of gain equalization between the predicted data and the actual cost error, the process of minimum error value can be obtained from the engineering cost control. The simulation results show that the gain equalization algorithm can effectively improve the efficiency of civil engineering cost management. At the same time, reduce the error of cost management, with the most effective and reasonable method, budget the cost, effectively provide a better guarantee for the management of civil engineering.
