中外種植屋面設計方法對比研究

【摘要】:當前,中國正處于飛速發(fā)展時期。經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展在提升人們生活品質(zhì)的同時也帶來系列的城市問題:城市空間急劇擴張、城市人口快速膨脹、城市綠地面積銳減、城市生態(tài)環(huán)境惡化。近年來,種植屋面作為綠色建筑節(jié)能、改善空氣質(zhì)量的有效措施而越來越為各級政府和眾多學者的關注。但我國國內(nèi)現(xiàn)有的種植屋面工程,卻反映出技術選擇和系統(tǒng)建設上的不足。 與我國種植屋面建設現(xiàn)狀相反的是,發(fā)達國家種植屋面的設計方法與養(yǎng)護措施已日趨規(guī)范化、系統(tǒng)化,相關政策法規(guī)也日趨完善,這是國外種植屋面工程迅速推廣的主要因素。因此有必要集中對比分析國外成熟屋頂綠化系統(tǒng),總結發(fā)達國家種植屋面的成功經(jīng)驗,探尋我國種植屋面設計方法的不足,為我國種植屋面工程提供理論支持,進步推動國內(nèi)種植屋面工程系統(tǒng)化、專業(yè)化、規(guī)模化發(fā)展。 全文共有五章。前兩章主要闡述了種植屋面技術的研究背景、目的、意義、方法及種植屋面相關的基本概念,包括種植屋面的定義、功能、分類方式等;第三章論述了我國種植屋面的設計方法,并對我國種植屋面的構造做法進行詳細表達;第四章分別對德國、日本、美國的種植屋面典型的構造做法進行了解析,并依次總結了各個國家最新的種植屋面系統(tǒng)技術;第五章為全文的核心,從宏觀與微觀的角度對比分析了國內(nèi)外種植屋面典型的構造,系統(tǒng)地分析不同國家種植屋面各個構造層次選材與做法的差異性,汲取經(jīng)驗,試圖構建套適合中國國情的、具有實際指導意義的種植屋面構造措施。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in a period of rapid development. The rapid development of economy not only improves the quality of life of people, but also brings a series of urban problems: the rapid expansion of urban space, the rapid expansion of urban population, the sharp reduction of urban green space, Urban ecological environment is deteriorating. In recent years, planting roof, as an effective measure to save energy and improve air quality of green buildings, has been paid more and more attention by governments at all levels and many scholars. But reflects the technical choice and the system construction insufficiency. Contrary to the present situation of planting roof construction in our country, the design methods and maintenance measures of planting roof in developed countries have become more and more standardized and systematized, and the relevant policies and regulations are becoming more and more perfect. This is the main factor for the rapid spread of planting roof engineering abroad. Therefore, it is necessary to concentrate on the comparative analysis of mature roof greening systems in foreign countries, sum up the successful experience of planting roof in developed countries, and explore the shortcomings of the design methods of planting roof in our country. It provides theoretical support for planting roof engineering in China, and advances the systematization, specialization and large-scale development of domestic planting roof engineering. There are five chapters in this paper. The first two chapters mainly describe the research background, purpose, significance, methods and basic concepts of planting roof, including the definition, function and classification of planting roof. The third chapter discusses the design method of planting roof in our country, and expresses the construction method of planting roof in our country in detail. Chapter 4th analyzes the typical construction method of planting roof in Germany, Japan and the United States, respectively. And then summarized the latest planting roof system technology in each country in turn. Chapter 5th is the core of the paper, from the macro and micro point of view, the typical structure of planting roof at home and abroad is compared and analyzed. This paper systematically analyzes the difference of material selection and practice of planting roof in different countries, and tries to construct a set of practical guiding measures for the construction of planting roof, which is suitable for China's national conditions.
