廢舊磚材再利用設(shè)計(jì)方法探究

【摘要】:伴隨我國城市化與舊城改造進(jìn)程的加快,城市面貌更新,各地建造了大量的新建建筑,資源能源大量消耗。同時(shí),許多舊建筑被拆除,產(chǎn)生大量的廢舊建筑材料,由于不能得到及時(shí)妥善的處理,引起了占用土地資源、環(huán)境污染等諸多問題,也造成舊材料資源的巨大浪費(fèi),使環(huán)境背負(fù)沉重負(fù)擔(dān)。磚,是我國主要的建筑材料,歷史悠久且應(yīng)用廣泛。尤其上世紀(jì)中末期的建筑大多采用磚混結(jié)構(gòu),以粘土磚為主要材料。這些建筑在城鎮(zhèn)化與舊城改造過程中被拆除,從而產(chǎn)生了大量的廢舊粘土磚,成為廢舊建筑資源的主要來源,占建筑垃圾總量的近一半。因此,廢舊粘土磚的再利用方法探究對(duì)推進(jìn)建筑廢舊材料資源化利用進(jìn)程有積極的意義。本文以此為切入點(diǎn),從磚材料的分類及發(fā)展過程、廢舊磚的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀與困境等基本問題入手,挖掘舊磚材料的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。隨后從具體的建筑實(shí)例出發(fā),以亂磚墻、出磚入石等傳統(tǒng)舊磚再用建筑墻體做法為典型實(shí)例深入剖析。把握傳統(tǒng)舊磚材料的運(yùn)用方法與設(shè)計(jì)語匯,為現(xiàn)代建筑中舊材料的應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)指引方向。再對(duì)比分析廢舊磚材在現(xiàn)代建筑實(shí)踐作品中的運(yùn)用方法,提出廢舊磚材再利用的當(dāng)代設(shè)計(jì)策略。此外,在全球化背景下,我國城市建設(shè)的趨同性造成地方特色淡化,傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)格的建筑與村落也在更新改造中大量減少,地域性文化與建造技藝不得延續(xù)。多種社會(huì)問題引起了當(dāng)代建筑師的關(guān)注,并在近年間嘗試了多種的利用傳統(tǒng)材料進(jìn)行現(xiàn)代表達(dá)的建筑設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目。其中以磚材的研究實(shí)踐為典型代表,來探索廢舊材料再利用的不同途徑。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)舊磚材資源豐富,未來的建筑中應(yīng)用前景廣闊,且再利用設(shè)計(jì)方法靈活多樣,能夠給設(shè)計(jì)師較大的發(fā)揮空間。本文期望通過深入的思考探究為后續(xù)廢舊材料資源化再利用研究奠定基礎(chǔ),為應(yīng)對(duì)建筑垃圾處理、舊材料資源浪費(fèi)等社會(huì)問題提供可行性策略。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization and the reconstruction of the old city in our country, the city has been renovated, a large number of new buildings have been built, and the resources and energy have been consumed a great deal. At the same time, many old buildings have been demolished, resulting in a large amount of waste building materials. Because it cannot be handled properly and timely, it has caused many problems, such as occupation of land resources, environmental pollution and so on. It has also caused a huge waste of old material resources and made the environment bear a heavy burden. Brick is the main building material in our country. Buildings with a long history and wide application, especially in the middle and late last century, were mostly brick and concrete structures, with clay bricks as the main materials. These buildings were demolished in the course of urbanization and old city reconstruction, resulting in a large number of waste clay bricks. It has become the main source of waste building resources and accounts for nearly half of the total amount of construction waste. Therefore, it is of positive significance to explore the method of reuse of used clay bricks to promote the process of recycling construction waste materials. Starting with the classification and development process of brick materials, the application status and dilemmas of used bricks and other basic problems, the application value of old brick materials is excavated. The traditional old brick, such as brick into stone and so on, is deeply analyzed by using the building wall as a typical example. The usage method and design vocabulary of the traditional old brick material are grasped. To guide the application and design of old materials in modern architecture. Then, by comparing and analyzing the application method of waste brick in modern architectural practice, the paper puts forward the contemporary design strategy of reuse of used brick. In addition, under the background of globalization, The convergence of urban construction in China has resulted in the desalination of local characteristics, the reduction of traditional architecture and villages in the process of renewal and transformation, and the non-continuation of regional culture and construction techniques. Many kinds of social problems have aroused the attention of contemporary architects. In recent years, a variety of architectural design practice projects using traditional materials for modern expression have been tried. Among them, the research practice of brick materials is typical to explore different ways to reuse waste materials. The study found that the old brick materials are rich in resources. The future architecture has a broad application prospect, and the reuse design method is flexible and diverse, which can give designers more space to play. This paper hopes to lay a foundation for the follow-up research on the reuse of waste materials through in-depth thinking. In order to deal with construction waste disposal, waste of old materials and other social problems to provide feasible strategies.
