【摘要】：二十世紀(jì)八十年代，中國正式出現(xiàn)了第一個(gè)城市綜合體，隨著改革放開進(jìn)度的加快，促進(jìn)了中國各大城市綜合體建設(shè)發(fā)展。城市綜合體建設(shè)對城市空間產(chǎn)生一定影響，進(jìn)而對影響效應(yīng)進(jìn)行討論。 對于城市綜合體的復(fù)合功能，特征，，開發(fā)管理和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提出了城市綜合體對空間特征的影響效應(yīng)研究，以彌補(bǔ)相對缺乏相應(yīng)的研究。根據(jù)城市綜合體的資料研究，總結(jié)出其相關(guān)的三個(gè)基礎(chǔ)性內(nèi)容，包括物質(zhì)空間、功能空間、生態(tài)空間。在本文研究內(nèi)容中，對長春已建設(shè)城市綜合體概況展開梳理，運(yùn)用分類方法、案例分析法、實(shí)地考察等，總結(jié)出長春城市綜合體特征。在基礎(chǔ)研究上，從建筑布局、城市土地利用、城市空間布局、城市生態(tài)空間、內(nèi)部機(jī)制方面探索空間特性和長春城市綜合體對空間的影響效應(yīng)，更好地理解城市綜合體,為探尋城市綜合體空間有序發(fā)展提供了新的方法，促進(jìn)長春城市綜合體在空間布局的健康可持續(xù)性，城市綜合體建設(shè)發(fā)展使城市空間外延，彌補(bǔ)了其空間研究的不足,為我國目前在各大中城市出現(xiàn)城市綜合體的建設(shè)提供了一定的借鑒，具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 最后本文提出了相應(yīng)的對策和建議，第一，綜合體推進(jìn)城市空間向集約型，多中心的模式轉(zhuǎn)變；第二，綜合體需要有效組織協(xié)調(diào)用地功能布局發(fā)展；第三，合理規(guī)劃城市空間尺度，提高空間利用率；第四，重視對城市景觀格局的保護(hù)；最后，政府，開發(fā)商，設(shè)計(jì)師，公眾利益相互協(xié)調(diào)，以更好地促進(jìn)城市綜合體的建設(shè)和發(fā)展。這為長春城市綜合體發(fā)展提供了科學(xué)的發(fā)展方向，從宏觀角度城市綜合體在城市空間布局提供參考。
[Abstract]:In 1980s, China officially appeared the first urban complex. With the acceleration of the reform and opening up, it promoted the construction and development of the major cities in China. The urban complex construction has a certain impact on the urban space. Then the influence effect is discussed. For the complex function, characteristics, development management and practical experience of urban complex, this paper puts forward the effect of urban complex on spatial characteristics, in order to make up for the relative lack of corresponding research. Three basic contents are summarized, including material space, functional space and ecological space. In this paper, the general situation of Changchun urban complex has been combed out, and the classification method and case analysis method have been used. On the basis of the basic research, from the aspects of architectural layout, urban land use, urban spatial distribution, urban ecological space, and so on, the characteristics of Changchun urban complex are summarized. In terms of internal mechanism, we explore the spatial characteristics and the effect of Changchun urban complex on space, and better understand the urban complex, which provides a new method for exploring the orderly development of urban complex space. To promote the healthy sustainability of the urban complex in Changchun, the development of urban complex construction makes the urban space extension, and makes up for the lack of spatial research. It provides some reference for the construction of urban complex in large and medium cities, and has certain practical significance. Finally, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. First, the complex promotes the transformation of urban space to intensive, multi-center mode; second, the complex needs to effectively organize and coordinate the development of land use function layout; third, Reasonable planning of urban spatial scale to improve spatial utilization; 4th, attach importance to the protection of urban landscape pattern; finally, the government, developers, designers, public interest coordination, In order to better promote the construction and development of urban complex, it provides a scientific development direction for the development of Changchun urban complex, and provides a reference for the layout of urban complex in urban space from a macro perspective.
