基于性能參數(shù)檢測的工程機械狀態(tài)監(jiān)測技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:伴隨科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,越來越多的結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,功能完善,自動化程度高的工程機械如雨后春筍般發(fā)展起來。由于惡劣的工作環(huán)境等眾多無法避免的因素影響,機械設(shè)備時而出現(xiàn)各種故障,使其預(yù)定功能喪失,甚至造成嚴(yán)重損失。故而如何保證機械設(shè)備能夠正常運行成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。這使得工程機械狀態(tài)監(jiān)測的重要性突顯出來。與此同時,計算機軟件技術(shù)不斷進步,虛擬儀器逐漸走向成熟。運用虛擬儀器技術(shù)可以共享硬件和軟件資源,方便快捷的建立綜合檢測系統(tǒng),并能夠利用計算機實現(xiàn)信號分析、數(shù)據(jù)處理、生成報表、波形保存及回放等功能。基于Lab VIEW軟件,使用各種傳感器、NI CompactDAQ和NI SCXI信號調(diào)理系統(tǒng)組建了工程機械狀態(tài)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),可實現(xiàn)對工程機械動力系統(tǒng)和液壓系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)參數(shù)的檢測。發(fā)動機狀態(tài)檢測系統(tǒng)通過對發(fā)動機起動性能、功率、供油系統(tǒng)和表面振動信號的檢測分析可以評價發(fā)動機的工作狀態(tài);液壓系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)檢測通過對壓力、溫度、振動信號的分析可以判斷液壓裝置的工作狀態(tài);常用狀態(tài)參數(shù)檢測包括溫度和轉(zhuǎn)速,溫度檢測不但能夠單通道測試,還能多通道測試;轉(zhuǎn)速檢測能夠?qū)ΤS眯D(zhuǎn)機械測量轉(zhuǎn)速。該檢測系統(tǒng)還包括了數(shù)據(jù)存儲、波形保存、波形回放和生成報表功能。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, more and more construction machinery with complex structure, perfect function and high degree of automation are springing up. Machinery and equipment sometimes appear various malfunctions, resulting in the loss of their scheduled functions, Therefore, how to ensure the normal operation of mechanical equipment becomes a top priority. This makes the importance of state monitoring of construction machinery highlighted. At the same time, computer software technology continues to progress. Using virtual instrument technology can share hardware and software resources, set up comprehensive detection system conveniently and quickly, and can use computer to realize signal analysis, data processing and generate report form. Based on Lab VIEW software, the state monitoring system of construction machinery is constructed by using various sensors, such as NI CompactDAQ and NI SCXI signal conditioning system. The engine condition detection system can evaluate the engine working state by detecting and analyzing the engine starting performance, power, fuel supply system and surface vibration signal. The working state of hydraulic system can be judged by analyzing the pressure, temperature and vibration signal. The commonly used state parameter detection includes temperature and rotational speed, temperature detection can not only be tested by single channel, but also can be tested by multiple channels. The system also includes data storage, waveform preservation, waveform playback and report generation.
