【摘要】：隨著城市的發(fā)展,城市中的老舊城區(qū)由于不能滿足現(xiàn)代生活的需求而日益衰落,如何通過改造更新使其重新煥發(fā)活力是城市發(fā)展的重要課題。舊城區(qū)建筑環(huán)境復(fù)雜、配套設(shè)施缺乏、工程條件落后等問題,導(dǎo)致其面臨著嚴(yán)峻的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn),以安全規(guī)劃為導(dǎo)向進(jìn)行地區(qū)更新十分必要。本文首先歸納了舊城區(qū)的基本類型,對舊城區(qū)特有的空間特征進(jìn)行概括,并指出了舊城區(qū)可能發(fā)生災(zāi)害的種類,以舊城區(qū)典型地區(qū)為例指出街區(qū)、街道、建筑三個(gè)層面的安全問題,同時(shí)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析說明。其次,通過對安全問題的進(jìn)一步分析評估,得出舊城區(qū)安全規(guī)劃重點(diǎn),提出安全規(guī)劃的具體原則。針對主要安全問題,借鑒國內(nèi)外的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),分別從宏觀層面、中觀層面及微觀層面提出舊城街區(qū)、街道及建筑層面的具體安全規(guī)劃策略。最后,以西沽公園地區(qū)為例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證研究,結(jié)合GIS軟件運(yùn)算得出地區(qū)的具體安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn),之后,針對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出了安全規(guī)劃的具體策略和解決方法,對規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行分析,并提出建議措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of the city, the old urban area in the city is declining day by day because it can not meet the needs of modern life. How to renew and rejuvenate it through the transformation and renewal is an important subject of urban development. The architectural environment of the old urban area is complex. The lack of supporting facilities and the backward engineering conditions lead to severe security risks. It is very necessary to carry out regional renewal guided by safety planning. Firstly, this paper summarizes the basic types of old urban areas. The special spatial characteristics of the old urban area are summarized, and the possible types of disasters in the old urban area are pointed out. Taking the typical area of the old urban district as an example, the security problems in the three levels of block, street and building are pointed out. At the same time, the detailed analysis is carried out. Secondly, through the further analysis and evaluation of the safety problems, the emphasis of the safety planning of the old urban area is obtained, and the specific principles of the security planning are put forward. In view of the main safety problems, the advanced experience at home and abroad is used for reference. Respectively from the macro level, the meso level and the micro level, put forward the specific safety planning strategy of the old city block, street and building level. Finally, Xigu Park area as an example to verify the study, Combined with the calculation of GIS software, the specific security risk in the area is obtained. Then, the specific strategy and solution of security planning are put forward, and the planning and design scheme are analyzed, and some suggestions are put forward.
