【摘要】：21世紀(jì)，全球老齡化的浪潮鋪面而來，我國也將面臨老齡化尤其是城市老齡化帶來的巨大的養(yǎng)老挑戰(zhàn)。我國由于老年人口基數(shù)龐大和家庭結(jié)構(gòu)變化，加上普遍住房適老化不足，傳統(tǒng)的居家養(yǎng)老模式難以滿足現(xiàn)代的養(yǎng)老需求；同時，社會養(yǎng)老機(jī)制建立還未成熟。因此，如何能有效解決城市居民養(yǎng)老問題，已經(jīng)成為一個社會關(guān)注的重要課題。 隨著社會現(xiàn)狀和人們觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變，養(yǎng)老公寓作為養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的重要組成部分，開始被越來越多的老人接受。本文認(rèn)為近社區(qū)、近城市的，綜合居住、娛樂、醫(yī)療等各種服務(wù)的城市養(yǎng)老公寓，是解決城市居民養(yǎng)老問題的重要途徑之一。本文以城市中的養(yǎng)老公寓為研究對象，采用理論研究、案例分析與實踐相結(jié)合的分析方法，對城市養(yǎng)老公寓的規(guī)模、選址、設(shè)計策略等進(jìn)行探討和研究。 本文分六章。第一章介紹中國老齡化現(xiàn)狀和研究城市養(yǎng)老公寓的社會意義；第二章是對老年人相關(guān)理論的研究和對我國城市老年人的居住現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研；第三章是對國內(nèi)外的案例的進(jìn)行調(diào)研和對比分析，，總結(jié)外國先進(jìn)養(yǎng)老模式的經(jīng)驗和國內(nèi)當(dāng)前養(yǎng)老公寓發(fā)展中的趨勢和不足；第四章本問構(gòu)想一種服務(wù)型的城市養(yǎng)老公寓模式，并分析其特點(diǎn)與設(shè)計原則；第五章是規(guī)劃層次的策略，主要從選址、規(guī)模設(shè)置、總平面布局、城市關(guān)系和不同城市環(huán)境的設(shè)計選擇進(jìn)行研究和闡述；第六章是建筑層面的策略，對空間特性、空間組織、功能組織、外部空間、交往空間等進(jìn)行研究并提出相關(guān)策略；第七章為結(jié)論,總結(jié)全文，并提出該模式的不足和對未來的展望。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, the tide of global aging surfaced, and our country will also face the enormous challenge of aging, especially urban aging. Due to the large number of elderly population and changes in family structure, coupled with the inadequate aging of universal housing, At the same time, the establishment of social pension mechanism is not mature. Therefore, how to effectively solve the problem of urban residents pension has become an important issue of social concern. With the change of social situation and people's concept, as an important part of the old-age institution, the old-age apartment has been accepted by more and more old people. Urban old-age apartment with various services such as medical treatment is one of the important ways to solve the problem of old-age support for urban residents. This paper takes the old-age apartment in the city as the research object, adopts the analysis method of theory research, case analysis and practice. This paper discusses and studies the scale, location and design strategy of urban old-age apartment. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the current situation of aging in China and the social significance of the study of urban old-age apartment, the second chapter is the research on the related theory of the elderly and the current living situation of the urban elderly in China. The third chapter is the domestic and foreign cases of investigation and comparative analysis, summed up the experience of foreign advanced pension model and the current trends and deficiencies in the development of old-age apartments in China. Chapter 4th asked the concept of a service-oriented urban old-age apartment model, Chapter 5th is the strategy of planning level, mainly from location, scale setting, general layout, urban relationship and design choice of different urban environment. Chapter 6th is the strategy of architectural level. The spatial characteristics, spatial organization, functional organization, outer space, communication space and so on are studied and related strategies are put forward. Chapter 7th is the conclusion, summarizes the full text, and puts forward the deficiency of the model and the prospect of the future.
