【摘要】：城市建設(shè)的發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮，交通量的增加是城市發(fā)展的必然趨勢。隨著城市的發(fā)展，交通需求與供給的不斷增加，必然會出現(xiàn)道路交通與環(huán)境問題。協(xié)調(diào)好城市發(fā)展、道路交通發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護(hù)的關(guān)系，實(shí)現(xiàn)城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，已成為當(dāng)今世界各大城市在城市規(guī)劃建設(shè)與管理，特別是道路建設(shè)和交通管理中的重要內(nèi)容。 本文首先從城市道路和城市環(huán)境的現(xiàn)狀入手，進(jìn)而對城市道路對城市環(huán)境的影響進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析，這里主要包括生活環(huán)境和生態(tài)環(huán)境兩方面的影響。 其次就我國城市道路存在的問題和我國城市道路的發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行了闡述，而后就城市環(huán)境的發(fā)展趨勢，提出營造可持續(xù)發(fā)展綠色城市的觀點(diǎn)。 最后本文就我國城市道路和城市環(huán)境的發(fā)展趨勢，，對如何在進(jìn)行城市道路的規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)、施工和運(yùn)營時(shí)將保持、完善、發(fā)展城市環(huán)境的意識融合進(jìn)去，實(shí)現(xiàn)城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述，深入的探討，并提出合理的建議，為城市道路和城市環(huán)境能更好的緊密結(jié)合提供幫助。在城市道路規(guī)劃時(shí)應(yīng)進(jìn)行城市道路規(guī)劃方案的環(huán)境影響分析；在城市道路設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)從路線設(shè)計(jì)到道路材料選擇，再到城市道路綠化都要做到以保護(hù)城市環(huán)境為重，為先；在城市道路施工時(shí)應(yīng)制定相應(yīng)的施工環(huán)境指標(biāo)，并針對該指標(biāo)采取相應(yīng)措施；在城市道路運(yùn)營過程中應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照《改善中國城市交通與環(huán)境問題的建議書》執(zhí)行，并結(jié)合地方特點(diǎn)做好完善工作。最終達(dá)到協(xié)調(diào)二者之間的關(guān)系，使城市環(huán)境得以改善，使城市道路與城市環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，進(jìn)而促進(jìn)城市的建設(shè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮的目的。
[Abstract]:The development of urban construction, the prosperity of economy and the increase of traffic volume are the inevitable trend of urban development. There are bound to be road traffic and environmental problems, coordination of urban development, the relationship between road traffic development and environmental protection, to achieve sustainable development of the city. Nowadays, it has become an important part of urban planning and management, especially in road construction and traffic management. This paper begins with the current situation of urban road and urban environment, and then analyzes the impact of urban road on urban environment in detail, which mainly includes two aspects: living environment and ecological environment. Secondly, this paper expounds the problems existing in urban roads and the development trend of urban roads in China, and then puts forward the point of view of building a green city for sustainable development in the light of the development trend of urban environment. Finally, on the development trend of urban roads and urban environment in China, how to plan, design, construction and operation of urban roads will maintain, improve and develop the consciousness of urban environment. The realization of sustainable development of the city is described in detail, in-depth discussion, and put forward reasonable suggestions. The environmental impact analysis of urban road planning scheme should be carried out in urban road planning. In the design of urban roads, from route design to road material selection, to urban road greening should be done to protect the urban environment, first; In the construction of urban roads, the corresponding construction environment indicators should be formulated and corresponding measures should be taken. In the course of urban road operation, it should be strictly carried out in accordance with the recommendation on improving Urban Traffic and Environmental problems in China, and perfect work should be done according to the local characteristics. Finally, the relationship between the two should be coordinated. The purpose of improving the urban environment, coordinating the development of urban roads and urban environment, and promoting the construction of cities and the prosperity of economy.
