輕骨料對(duì)自密實(shí)混凝土力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代社會(huì)不僅人類活動(dòng)更加頻繁,而且地震等自然災(zāi)害頻發(fā),因此,研發(fā)具有良好靜動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)特性的工程結(jié)構(gòu)材料成為國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)學(xué)者關(guān)注的重要焦點(diǎn)之一。本文在綜合考慮輕骨料的特性以及自密實(shí)混凝土的自密實(shí)成型特點(diǎn),并結(jié)合相關(guān)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,通過大量的試驗(yàn),較系統(tǒng)地研究自密實(shí)混凝土在不同輕骨料體系(陶粒、橡膠顆粒、EPS顆粒單摻、兩兩雙摻或三摻復(fù)合)下的工作性能、抗壓強(qiáng)度、動(dòng)態(tài)彈性模量、動(dòng)態(tài)剪切模量、動(dòng)態(tài)泊松比以及阻尼比的性能,同時(shí)分析摻量與強(qiáng)度及動(dòng)彈模量之間相關(guān)性,強(qiáng)度與動(dòng)彈模量以及阻尼比之間的相關(guān)性,試圖為研發(fā)具有優(yōu)異工作性和良好動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)性能的新型水泥基材料提供技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。 試驗(yàn)研究及相關(guān)計(jì)算分析結(jié)果表明,(1)本文所選用的陶粒、橡膠顆粒以及EPS顆粒分別對(duì)新拌自密實(shí)混凝土工作性有不同的影響。當(dāng)陶粒、橡膠顆粒和EPS顆粒兩兩復(fù)合或者三者復(fù)合時(shí),通過對(duì)減水劑和纖維素醚的調(diào)整,能較好地保持拌合物的“自密實(shí)性”。(2)摻輕骨料自密實(shí)混凝土的28天齡期強(qiáng)度下降率與摻量線性正相關(guān)。在相同摻量條件下,橡膠顆粒與EPS顆粒對(duì)自密實(shí)混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度的降低效應(yīng)基本相似,而摻陶粒對(duì)自密實(shí)混凝土的強(qiáng)度降低率更小。陶粒、橡膠顆粒與EPS顆粒三摻對(duì)自密實(shí)混凝土強(qiáng)度的效應(yīng)有較好的協(xié)同作用效應(yīng),同等摻量情況下,三摻自密實(shí)混凝土的強(qiáng)度較其他輕骨料單摻和雙摻的更高。(3)各摻輕骨料體系下的自密實(shí)混凝土動(dòng)態(tài)彈性模量、振動(dòng)基頻、剪切模量隨其摻量的增加而降低,其動(dòng)態(tài)彈性模量降低率與摻量線性正相關(guān);不論哪種摻輕骨體系,其強(qiáng)度與動(dòng)態(tài)彈性模量之間都為顯著線性相關(guān),但不同骨料單摻下自密實(shí)混凝土的動(dòng)彈模降低的幅度不同。(4)各摻輕骨料體系下的自密實(shí)混凝土泊松比不隨齡期和摻量變化,基本維持在0.25±0.02范圍內(nèi)波動(dòng)。(5)自密實(shí)混凝土阻尼比在前40個(gè)振動(dòng)循環(huán)周期內(nèi),隨振動(dòng)循環(huán)次數(shù)增多而急劇降低。直到40個(gè)振動(dòng)循環(huán)以后,才逐漸趨于平緩穩(wěn)定。各摻輕骨料自密實(shí)混凝土28天阻尼比較7天阻尼比明顯下降。同齡期下,各輕骨料摻量對(duì)阻尼比的影響因骨料品種不同而不同。自密實(shí)混凝土阻尼比隨強(qiáng)度增加而下降,但兩者的線性相關(guān)性較差。
[Abstract]:Modern society not only more frequent human activities, and earthquakes and other natural disasters, so. Research and development of engineering structural materials with good static and dynamic mechanical properties has become one of the most important concerns of scholars at home and abroad. In this paper, the characteristics of lightweight aggregate and self-compacting concrete are considered comprehensively. On the basis of the research status at home and abroad, through a large number of experiments, the self-compacting concrete in different lightweight aggregate systems (ceramsite, rubber particles EPS particles) is studied. The properties of working performance, compressive strength, dynamic elastic modulus, dynamic shear modulus, dynamic Poisson's ratio and damping ratio were analyzed. The correlation between strength and dynamic modulus and damping ratio is an attempt to provide a technical basis for the development of new cement-based materials with excellent workability and good dynamic mechanical properties. Experimental study and correlation analysis results show that the ceramic particles, rubber particles and EPS particles selected in this paper have different effects on the workability of freshly mixed self-compacting concrete. When rubber particles and EPS particles are mixed in two or three, the water reducing agent and cellulose ether are adjusted. The decrease rate of 28 days age strength of lightweight aggregate self-compacting concrete is positively correlated with the content of the concrete. The reduction effect of rubber particles and EPS particles on the compressive strength of self-compacting concrete is basically similar, while the decrease rate of the strength of self-compacting concrete with ceramsite particles is even smaller. The effect of rubber particles and EPS particles on the strength of self-compacting concrete has a good synergistic effect. (3) the strength of self-compacting concrete is higher than that of other lightweight aggregate single and double admixture.) the dynamic elastic modulus and vibration fundamental frequency of self-compacting concrete are higher than those of other lightweight aggregate systems. The shear modulus decreases with the increase of its content, and the decreasing rate of dynamic elastic modulus is positively correlated with its content. There is a significant linear correlation between the strength and the dynamic elastic modulus of any kind of light bone system. However, the reduction range of dynamic elastic modulus of self-compacting concrete with different aggregate is different. 4) Poisson's ratio of self-compacting concrete does not change with age and amount of addition. The damping ratio of self-compacting concrete is maintained in the range of 0.25 鹵0.02. The damping ratio of self-compacting concrete is within the first 40 cycles of vibration cycle. The damping ratio of self-compacting concrete with lightweight aggregate in 28 days is obviously lower than that in 7 days. At the same age, the damping ratio of self-compacting concrete decreases obviously. The damping ratio of self-compacting concrete decreases with the increase of strength, but the linear correlation between them is poor.
