基于城市化進程中西安市主城區(qū)居住空間分異研究

【摘要】:2011年是中國城市化進程中具有里程碑意義的一年,城鎮(zhèn)人口占總?cè)丝诘谋戎厥状纬^50%,標志著我國城市化進入了新的階段,相比于2011年,2012年我國城市化水提高了1.3%,達到了52.6%。本論文以現(xiàn)階段我國快速城市化為背景,在系統(tǒng)研究城市化和城市居住空間分異理論的基礎上,選取西安市為研究對象,而2012年西安市城市化率雖達到了71.5%,但同時存在著不少問題。近年來,,隨著經(jīng)濟體制的改革,市場經(jīng)濟迅速發(fā)展,城市化的快速推進,西安市居民的生活水平顯著提高,居民的收入差距日漸擴大,社會結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了深刻變化。與此同時,伴隨住宅商品化的全面推行,城市居民的居住水平和居住分布也發(fā)生了分化,在西安市不同地區(qū)產(chǎn)生了不同程度的居住隔離現(xiàn)象,城市居住空間結(jié)構(gòu)的分異日趨明顯。 本文在結(jié)合前人理論研究和實證調(diào)研的基礎上,通過資料的整理和實證數(shù)據(jù)的采集,總結(jié)西安市城市化進程中城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)與居住空間分異的演進過程,由“城市空間—居住空間—住宅”自上而下、系統(tǒng)的審視西安城市居住空間分異狀況,總結(jié)西安市不同歷史時期居住空間分異的特征,結(jié)合歷史沿革預測西安市城市居住空間發(fā)展態(tài)勢。并通過GIS工具,選取了909個居住區(qū)數(shù)據(jù)點,通過行政、交通、教育、公共綠地、醫(yī)療、商業(yè)以及文化旅游等七個影響因素對現(xiàn)階段西安市居住空間分異進行研究,分析其對居住空間分異的影響作用。通過層次分析法及GIS疊加分析對現(xiàn)今西安市居住空間分異影響因素進行綜合研究,總結(jié)出西安市居住空間多核心層圈式、鑲嵌式發(fā)展特征,城市分級明顯,兩極分化嚴重。 為提高城市發(fā)展水平,緩解已出現(xiàn)的“攤大餅”的城市結(jié)構(gòu)和高收入人群與低收入人群的兩極分化,對西安市居住空間分異現(xiàn)象進行優(yōu)化,提出積極構(gòu)建大西安,優(yōu)化城市結(jié)構(gòu),合理調(diào)控地區(qū)發(fā)展;加強城市外圍空間建設,合理分布城市人口;合理確定居住區(qū)規(guī)模、嘗試混合式居。患涌斐鞘谢A設施建設,促使公共資源均勻化;加強城市更新,保護城市底蘊傳承。
[Abstract]:2011 is a milepost significance in the process of Chinese city a year, the urban population proportion of the total population of more than 50% for the first time, marking China's city has entered a new stage, compared to 2011, 2012 our country city water increased by 1.3%, reached 52.6%. in the stage of China's rapid city as the background, based on the systematic study of the differentiation theory of urbanization and city living space, selecting Xi'an city as the research object, and the city of Xi'an city in 2012 the rate has reached 71.5%, but at the same time, there are a lot of problems. In recent years, with the reform of economic system, the rapid development of market economy, rapid development of the city Xi'an city residents, significantly improve the living standards of residents, the income gap is expanding and the social structure has undergone profound changes. At the same time, with the full implementation of the commercialization of residential, city residents living standards and living The distribution has also been differentiated, and different degrees of residential isolation have been produced in different regions of Xi'an, and the differentiation of urban residential space structure is becoming more and more obvious.
Based on the previous theoretical research and empirical research, through the collation of data and empirical data collection, evolution of structure of city space and residential space differentiation summary in urbanization of Xi'an City, inhabited by "city space residential space" from top to bottom, differentiation of the system at Xi'an city living space, different historical periods of Xi'an residential spatial differentiation, combined with the history prediction of Xi'an city residential space development trend. And through the GIS tool, select 909 residential data points through administration, transportation, education, medical, commercial and public green space, cultural tourism and other seven influence currently Xi'an city of the residential space differentiation research, analyze the effect of residential space differentiation. Through AHP and GIS overlay analysis in Xi'an city residential space differentiation The influencing factors are studied comprehensively, and the multi core layer circle type of residential space in Xi'an is summed up, and the features of mosaic development are made. The urban classification is obvious and the polarization is serious.
In order to improve the level of city development, city structure and high income groups have emerged to ease the "pie" with low income polarization, to optimize the Xi'an city residential space differentiation phenomenon, put forward a positive construction of Xi'an City, optimize the structure, reasonable regulation of regional development; strengthen the construction of the outskirts of the city space, city population reasonable distribution; reasonably determine the size of the residential area, try mixing type living; accelerate the city infrastructure construction, promote public resources homogenization; strengthen the city renewal, city culture heritage protection.
