【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段，社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷進(jìn)步引領(lǐng)著建筑物行業(yè)走入了一個(gè)新的文明發(fā)展時(shí)期。建筑物的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)是衡量城市發(fā)展的重要方面，對(duì)人們的生產(chǎn)與生活有著十分重要的作用，，也會(huì)影響到一個(gè)區(qū)域的環(huán)境優(yōu)化、文化發(fā)展與科技進(jìn)步。但是，在社會(huì)能量損耗中，建筑物所形成的能量損耗也是十分巨大的，這使得建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展舉步維艱。因此，建筑行業(yè)的節(jié)能已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一項(xiàng)重要任務(wù)，對(duì)促進(jìn)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、生活環(huán)境的優(yōu)化有著十分重要的意義。此外，各種相關(guān)政策的出臺(tái)與實(shí)施也引起了建筑行業(yè)的節(jié)能意識(shí)，推動(dòng)了這一項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施。 人們的工作與生活都離不開建筑物。如今，社會(huì)文明高度發(fā)展，人們對(duì)建筑物也有了更高的要求，同時(shí)也帶來了能源資源的急劇消耗。世界上的能源有三分之一左右消耗在了建筑行業(yè)，嚴(yán)重妨礙了經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展與生態(tài)環(huán)境的保護(hù)。所以，節(jié)能技術(shù)在生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)工程中的研究與探析顯得非常重要。 本文主要從研究國(guó)內(nèi)外綠色建筑和節(jié)能技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)，主要討論到以下內(nèi)容：一是項(xiàng)目的基本情況和策劃定位；二是建筑能耗的分類及節(jié)能體系；三是節(jié)能技術(shù)的考察和設(shè)計(jì)；四是關(guān)鍵性節(jié)能系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)，主要有外墻外保溫系統(tǒng)、外窗系統(tǒng)、外遮陽系統(tǒng)、溫濕度獨(dú)立控制系統(tǒng)、新能源利用系統(tǒng)和智能控制系統(tǒng)；五是以某中心大廈為項(xiàng)目實(shí)例，來介紹節(jié)能系統(tǒng)的綜合性設(shè)計(jì)；然后討論節(jié)能技術(shù)建筑項(xiàng)目工程中施工階段的控制要點(diǎn)和運(yùn)營(yíng)階段的控制要點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:At the present stage , the continuous progress of the social economy leads the building industry to enter a new era of civilization development . The various indexes of the building are important aspects of measuring the development of the city . The energy loss of the building is very important to people ' s production and life . However , the energy conservation in the building industry has become an important task of the current social and economic development . Therefore , the introduction and implementation of the various related policies has also caused the energy - saving consciousness of the construction industry , which has promoted the implementation of this project . People ' s work and life are inseparable from the building . Nowadays , the social civilization is highly developed , people have higher demand for buildings , and also bring about the sharp consumption of energy resources . The energy in the world consumes about one third of the world ' s energy in the construction industry , which seriously hinders the development of the economy and the protection of the ecological environment . Therefore , the research and analysis of the energy saving technology in the ecological environment protection project is very important . Based on the present situation of green building and energy saving technology at home and abroad , this paper mainly discusses the following contents : 1 is the basic condition and planning position of the project ; 2 is the classification and energy - saving system of energy saving technology ; the fourth is the design of the key energy - saving system , mainly includes exterior insulation system , exterior window system , external sunshade system , temperature and humidity independent control system , new energy utilization system and intelligent control system ;
